Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is headquartered at 7017 W 11800 S, Herriman, UT 84096, USA.

Bullfrog International, LC is the sole owner of the information collected on this Site. We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us via email, form submission, or other direct contact.

  • Respond to your inquiries or requests 

  • Connect you with authorized Bullfrog Spas dealers in your area 

  • Process orders for parts and accessories through our online store 

  • Send you information about products, services, promotions, or policy updates (where you have not opted out) 

 

We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. 

 

Sharing Information with Authorized Dealers 

We may share your personal information with an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer serving your geographic area to facilitate follow-up regarding your inquiry. Please be aware that: 

  • Authorized dealers are independently owned and operated businesses 

  • Dealers may contact you directly using the information you provide 

  • Dealer privacy practices may differ from those of Bullfrog Spas 

 

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information 

Bullfrog Spas does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. However, under certain privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar U.S. state laws — sharing information with dealers, service providers, or advertising partners may be characterized as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. 

Where applicable law requires, we provide you with the right to opt out of such sharing. California residents and residents of other applicable U.S. states may exercise this right by contacting us using the information in Section 11 or by submitting a request at the contact us page on our website.

Bullfrog takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. 

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser address bar, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the web page address. 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

4. Online Orders (Parts and Accessories) 

Bullfrog operates an online store at shop.bullfrogspas.com for the purchase of spa parts and accessories only. New hot tubs and swim spas are not sold through this or any online channel — all new spa purchases are completed in person through authorized dealers or Bullfrog retail locations. 

When placing an order through our online store, we may request contact information (such as name and shipping address) and payment information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used solely for billing and fulfillment purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. 

 

5. Cookies 

We use cookies on this Site. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your device that helps us improve your access to our Site and identify repeat visitors. 

We use the following types of cookies:

8. Text Messaging Communications 

By providing your phone number and opting in to our text messaging program, you consent to receive communications via SMS or text message from Bullfrog Spas and/or authorized dealers. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with any third-party or affiliate organizations for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any other sharing described elsewhere in this Policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. 

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help or more information, reply HELP or contact us directly at support@bullfrogspas.com. 

For recipients in Canada, our SMS program complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Express consent is obtained prior to sending commercial electronic messages. 

 

9. Surveys and Contests 

From time to time our Site may request information via surveys or contests. Participation is completely voluntary. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address) and demographic information (such as ZIP or postal code, age range). 13. United Kingdom — UK GDPR / DPA 2018 

If you are located in the United Kingdom, the following additional terms apply under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

The legal bases for processing described in Section 12 apply equally to UK residents. For cross-border transfers from the UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) as appropriate. 

 

UK Representative 

As Bullfrog does not have a physical establishment in the UK, we have designated a UK Representative under Article 27 UK GDPR. Contact details for our UK Representative are available upon request by contacting us at the address in Section 17. 

 

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. 

 

14. Canada — PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 

If you are located in Canada, the following additional terms apply. 

We collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy legislation including Quebec’s Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25). 

 

Cross-Border Transfers 

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By providing your information, you acknowledge that it may be subject to access by law enforcement and other authorities in the United States under applicable U.S. law. We take contractual and organizational steps to protect your information during such transfers.

Canadian residents have the right to access their personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions). We will not use or disclose your personal information for a purpose other than the primary purpose of collection, or a directly related secondary purpose, unless you have consented or an exception under the Privacy Act applies. 

 

Overseas Disclosure 

Your personal information may be disclosed to recipients located in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs. By providing your information, you acknowledge that we may disclose it to overseas recipients and that we may not be able to ensure overseas recipients comply with Australian privacy law, and accordingly APP 8.1 may not apply.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, you may contact us using the details in Section 17. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Depending on the U.S. state in which you reside, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law, including but not limited to: 

  • California: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) 

  • Virginia: Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA)
