Welcome to the websites operated by Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog Spas,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our websites, including www.bullfrogspas.com, bullfrogfactorystores.com, shop.bullfrogspas.com, and powerpersquarefoot.com, and any related services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction, including applicable consumer protection laws.

Bullfrog Spas does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or warranty eligibility of products purchased through unauthorized online channels, and such purchases may void applicable warranties.

Bullfrog Spas products are sold through a network of independently owned and operated authorized dealers. While Bullfrog Spas establishes standards and requirements for its authorized dealer network, dealers operate as independent businesses and are not agents, employees, or legal representatives of Bullfrog Spas.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties 

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

Bullfrog Spas does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product warranties applicable to purchased products are provided separately and are governed by the terms of those specific warranties. 

Nothing in this Section limits any statutory guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bullfrog Spas shall not be liable for:
