How to win:
Dealer locations will be evaluated based on the largest year-over-year increase in Bullfrog Spas sales volume during the contest period (July 14–September 14). The winning stores will work directly with their Channel Marketing Specialist to apply the POP credit.

Per-Sale Rewards: You’ll earn a digital gift card payout for every qualifying spa you sell and submit.
Top 10 Leaderboard: If you rank among the top 10 sellers in North America, you’ll receive a cash bonus or gift card on top of your weekly payouts.
Dealer Location Bonus: If your dealership wins in your region, your team will receive a $5,000 POP credit for showroom upgrades.

Per-Sale Rewards:
You’ll receive a digital gift card for each verified spa sale—delivered to your registered email every Friday during the contest.
To stay on track, be sure to submit your sales weekly. Sales submitted after Friday will roll into the next week’s payout.
Leaderboard Prizes:
Final Top 10 leaderboard winners will be announced shortly after the contest ends (September 14, 2025). Winners will be contacted directly and recognized publicly.Dealer Location Bonuses:
Winning dealers will be notified after the contest wraps, and $5,000 POP credits will be awarded through your Channel Marketing Specialist.
Weekly gift cards go to you directly. Bonus prizes and POP credits are issued after the contest closes and results are verified.
If you sell Bullfrog Spas at an authorized dealership in the U.S. or Canada—you’re eligible.
The Splash & Cash Sales Contest is open to all individual sales associates who meet the following criteria:
Employed by an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer in the U.S. or Canada
Actively employed and in good standing during the contest period
Registered through the official contest portal before submitting any sales
Not employed by Bullfrog International or a Bullfrog Spas Factory Store location
Sales managers and store staff can help with registration, but each participant must have a valid email address and submit their own sales to qualify.
Employees of Bullfrog Spas Factory Stores or Bullfrog International are not eligible to participate.

Splash & Cash Sales Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of receiving a prize. Open only to authorized Bullfrog Spas sales associates and dealerships located in the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited. U.S. law governs.
1. SPONSOR
The Sponsor of this Contest is Bullfrog International, LC, 7017 W 11800 S, Herriman, Utah 84096.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Splash & Cash Sales Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) on July 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on September 14, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Only spa sales made and submitted during this time will be eligible.
Weekly payout cycles will be processed each Friday throughout the Promotion Period, based on qualifying sales submitted prior to the end of each week (Sunday at 11:59 p.m. MT).
Leaderboard and Dealer Bonus Prizes will be awarded after the Promotion Period concludes.
3. ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open only to individual sales associates who, at the time of entry:
Are employed by an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealership located in the United States or Canada
Are actively employed and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period
Have completed registration through the official Splash & Cash contest portal
Employees of Bullfrog International, including Bullfrog Spas Factory Store staff, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, sales associates must:
Complete the official registration form via the Splash & Cash contest portal
Submit each qualifying spa sale during the Promotion Period using the online entry form
Each submission must include the following required information:
Dealer name
Dealer postal code
Spa model and series
Spa serial number or associated wholesale order number
Sale date
Sales associate first and last name
Sales associate email address (must match registration)
Only one submission per spa is allowed. Duplicate entries or sales submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible. All entries are subject to verification.
5. QUALIFYING SALES
Only retail sales of Bullfrog Spas brand hot tubs and swim spas (X, A, STIL, M, and Swim Series) are eligible. Sales may include floor models, in-stock units, or new orders sold between July 14 and September 14, 2025. Each sale must be submitted during the Promotion Period to qualify. Late, incomplete, or unverifiable submissions may be disqualified.
6. PRIZES
A. Per-Sale Spiff Payouts
Each qualifying sale will earn the participant a digital gift card according to the following payout scale:

Spiffs will be processed weekly, with digital gift cards emailed to the participant’s registered email address each Friday. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
B. Leaderboard Prizes
At the end of the Promotion Period, the 10 individual participants with the highest number of qualifying sales will receive the following leaderboard prizes:

In the event of a tie, the participant whose final qualifying sale was submitted earliest will be ranked higher. Leaderboard results will be announced after the contest ends and all entries are verified.
C. Dealer Location Bonus
One dealer location in each of Bullfrog Spas’ six North American regions will be awarded a $5,000 POP credit for showroom merchandising. Regional winners will be determined based on the highest year-over-year Bullfrog Spas sales volume increase during the Promotion Period.
The POP credit will be issued as a credit memo to the dealership’s account. It may only be used toward Bullfrog-approved showroom merchandising and cannot be redeemed for cash or issued as a check. Credit memos will be coordinated by the dealership’s Channel Marketing Specialist.
7. TAXES AND REPORTING
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes associated with prizes.
U.S. participants earning $600 USD or more will be required to submit a W-9 and will receive a 1099 form
Canadian participants earning $500 CAD or more will be required to submit a T4A
Failure to submit required documentation may result in forfeiture of prizes.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Leaderboard and dealer prize winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, or if a participant is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible participant.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions are permitted
Bullfrog Spas reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these rules
All decisions made by the Sponsor are final
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bullfrog International and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability or claims arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt/use of any prize.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
12. WINNERS LIST
A list of winners will be available 30–60 days following the end of the Promotion Period. To request a winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:
