How to Achieve Inner Strength
When it comes to overcoming, there’s one thing we all need…
Strength.
Now of course this isn’t the kind of strength exhibited only by Olympic weightlifters and construction workers. This is inner strength. Resolve, patience and persistence. Without it we cannot achieve almost anything, much less our dreams.
One of the very best ways to fuel your inner strength is to make time for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Sit back, breathe slowly and allow your mind to wander and wonder.
It only takes a few minutes a day. You will be amazed at how strong you feel and how clearly you think.

Great advice Jake, I couldn’t agree more! I find that some simple deep breathing helps a lot with improving my state of calm and productivity…and of course a good soak in a hot tub also works well!
