Sweepstakes Rules:

One entry per household. Must be at least 21 years of age to enter. Must enter valid information in each field to qualify. Includes shipping to nearest Authorized Bullfrog Spas Dealer. Does not include delivery to home, electrical hook up, or chemicals. Delivery arrangements to be made with the nearest participating Authorized Bullfrog Spas retailer at their standard published delivery rates.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO ANSWER PROVIDED ON THE FORM WILL IMPROVE OR DECREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO PARTICIPATE.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Bullfrog International LC, Authorized Bullfrog Spas dealers, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where otherwise prohibited.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: One winner will be selected at the end of the Promotional Period in a random drawing on or about the following date: 12/22/2011. The winner will be selected at random from among all valid entries received. The selection will be made by the judge(s) in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified on the bullfrogspas.com Website, facebook page and/or email at Sponsor's discretion.
3. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize includes: One (1): Bullfrog Spas Model 362 portable spa. All accessories, options, and upgrades are the responsibility of the winner. Aproximate retail value of $10,100. Winner may select colors and options at nearest Authorized Bullfrog Spas Dealer. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Limit one (1) prize per person.
4. PICTURES/TESTIMONIALS: Those who win prizes in Bullfrog's Free Spa Giveaway are requested to have pictures taken and are interviewed for marketing purposes.
5. GENERAL: Potential Prize winners must execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release after the first notification attempt. Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers' terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
