  1. LIMITED WARRANTY

M Series, A Series & STIL for United States and Canada

Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any 2023 model year and later M Series, A Series or STIL Bullfrog Spas hot tub manufactured on or after February 1, 2023 and installed for residential use in the United States or Canada.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™

Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for the life of the original retail purchaser of the spa.

10 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL STRUCTURE

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for ten years from the original spa purchase date.

7 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE

Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

EQUIPMENT

This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.

Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.

Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

SPA CABINET and BASE

This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
The JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.

Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
Bullfrog’s Lifetime warranties last for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser of the spa. If the original retail purchaser is a company or entity rather than a natural person (e.g., corporation, limited liability company, family trust, etc.), “life of the original retail purchaser” shall mean ten years.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F – 110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide. Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY, AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.

DISCLAIMERS

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your country, state, or province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied or statutory warranties or other warranty terms and conditions, so these limitations may not apply to you. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of California or other
jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing.

As Swim Series spas are large and often require complex and/or expensive installation methods and accommodations, all reasonable efforts will be made to repair or replace components on site where the spa is installed. If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that onsite repair of the defect or replacement of components is not feasible due to limitations created by the spa installation location, we reserve the right to require removal of the spa from its installation location to ensure safe technician access. In such an event, costs for moving the spa to a workable location and reinstallation of the spa after repairs will be the sole responsibility of Owner, including any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete. In the rare case that a replacement spa is required to adequately address the defect or malfunction, Owner will be solely responsible for removal costs, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery costs to the installation location.

EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective
component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels.
Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date.
PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.


WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either
repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or
surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at
Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.

To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

 

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.


LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY,
AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.
DISCLAIMERS EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your country, state, or province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied or statutory warranties or other warranty terms and conditions, so these limitations may not apply to you. M Series, A Series & STIL for European Union & United Kingdom Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any M Series, A Series or STIL spa manufactured on or after January 1, 2025 and installed for residential use in European Union and the United Kingdom.

Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for ten years from the original spa purchase date.

Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.
Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your
authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against degradation and cracking for five
years from purchase date.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.
Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF
BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE
OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).


LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this
warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty
shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in
any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of
Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the Bullfrog spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. In doing so, Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment.
If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to
choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the dealer for warranty repair must be pre-authorized by the dealer or  Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, excluding any spa returned that is more than three years after its purchase date. If the entire spa is returned to the dealer for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of the Owner. To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
 The spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
 Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
 Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, natural disaster or any other external cause), animal, or by any action or omission attributable to you.
 Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
 Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hookup by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build- up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
 Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
 Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS NOT SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR,
SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP.

DISCLAIMERS

NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW,BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS
OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).

LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

Bullfrog garanterar att ytfinishen på Bullfrog Spa inte kommer att spricka, krackelera, skrynkla, blåsa, flagna eller delamineras under sju år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

5 ÅRS GARANTI

UTRUSTNING

Denna garanti täcker specifikt pumpen/pumparna, värmaren, styrsystemet, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, annan mekanisk utrustning från Bullfrog (exklusive all utrustning som anges i andra avsnitt) och läckor från någon komponent eller VVS-koppling som finns under spabadets skal.

Elektrisk och mekanisk utrustning med tillhörande rör och kopplingar garanteras mot defekter i material och utförande i fem år från inköpsdatum.

Defekta komponenter som lätt kan tas bort från spabadet och som lätt kan bytas ut av kunden och som inte kräver specialverktyg eller kunskap eller skapar personliga säkerhetsproblem, som alla kallas ”Komponenter som är lätta att ta bort”, kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spas-återförsäljare eller återförsäljare eller genom att skicka de defekta komponenterna till Bullfrog. Denna garanti utesluter ljudsystem, vattenvårdssystem och belysningssystem för inomhus- och utomhusspa.

SPA SKÅP och BASE

Denna garanti täcker specifikt skåpets hörn, dörr- och sidopaneler och den gjutna spabasen.

Skåpsektioner (hörn, dörrar, sidopaneler) är garanterade mot materialnedbrytning och sprickbildning i fem år från inköpsdatum.

JETPAK TERAPISYSTEM®
Denna garanti täcker specifikt strålarna, eventuella läckor från JetPak jetkopplingar och JetPak grenrörssystem.
JetPak-grenrörssystemet har en garanti på fem år från inköpsdatumet.

Färgtillgängligheten på ersättnings- och eftermarknads-JetPaks kan variera och beror på marknadens efterfrågan och tillgängligheten av färgen för Bullfrog.

3 ÅRS GARANTI

ÖVERDRAG TILL PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA
Bullfrog garanterar Patio Performance spa-skyddet mot defekter i material eller utförande, såvida det inte fastställs att det är normal blekning eller slitage, i tre år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

1 ÅRS GARANTI

BELYSNINGSSYSTEM
Bullfrog garanterar de inre och yttre spabelysningssystemen mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet. Belysningskomponenter som är lätta att ta bort, t.ex. utvändiga lampetter, kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller återförsäljare eller genom att skicka de defekta komponenterna till Bullfrog.
LJUDSYSTEM
Bullfrog garanterar ljudsystem mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.
SYSTEM FÖR VATTENVÅRD
Bullfrog garanterar vattenvårdssystem mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

ANDRA GARANTIER

Bullfrog garanterar Bullfrog Spa-kuddar, metallstrålytor och filter mot defekter i material och utförande fram till leveranstiden.

GARANTI, PRESTANDA och VILLKOR

Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud (dvs. Bullfrogs personal, dess återförsäljare eller dess auktoriserade tredjepartsserviceföretag) kommer att reparera eller byta ut alla felaktiga eller defekta komponenter på spabadet som täcks av villkoren i denna begränsade garanti och som köptes från en auktoriserad Bullfrog Spas-återförsäljare eller butik. Bullfrog förbehåller sig rätten att, efter eget val, antingen reparera eller byta ut ett defekt spa eller en defekt komponent. Ägaren är skyldig att upprätthålla fri åtkomst för spareparationer och är ansvarig för eventuella icke-standardiserade kostnader för att få tillgång till spautrustning eller spa-VVS. När garantiservice kräver borttagning av spabadet, kommer ägaren att ansvara för eventuella icke-standardiserade kostnader för borttagning och utbyte av spabad, till exempel för spa som ligger i ett valv, spa som ligger på ett övre däck där en kran krävs, eller reparation eller byte av däck eller omgivande sten eller betong.
Om ett ersättningsspa eller en ersättningskomponent tillhandahålls av Bullfrog kommer ägaren att ansvara för alla kostnader för borttagning och utbyte av den defekta produkten, körsträcka, fraktkostnader för ersättningsprodukten och leverans. I händelse av ett struktur- eller ramfel efter sju år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet, måste det defekta spabadet skickas till Bullfrog för reparation på ägarens bekostnad. I vissa situationer kan återförsäljaren eller Bullfrog ta ut en rimlig serviceavgift av ägaren.
Bullfrog förbehåller sig rätten att använda antingen nya eller renoverade ersättningskomponenter. Eventuella reparations- eller utbyteskomponenter eller spabad får ingen ny eller utökad garantitäckning utan täcks endast av den återstående delen av den ursprungliga produktens garantiperiod.
Bullfrogs livstidsgarantier gäller under hela livstiden för den ursprungliga återförsäljaren av spabadet. Om den ursprungliga icke-professionella köparen är ett företag eller en enhet snarare än en fysisk person (t.ex. ett bolag, ett aktiebolag, en familjestiftelse osv.), ska ”den ursprungliga icke-professionella köparens livslängd” avse tio år.
För att få garantiservice, kontakta din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller Bullfrog och skicka in inköpsbevis. Kravet på inköpsbevis kan frångås om Bullfrogs eller återförsäljarens register kan bekräfta det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet och att du är den ursprungliga köparen. Alla defekta spabad eller komponenter som skickas direkt till fabriken för garantireparation måste godkännas i förväg av Bullfrog och måste betalas i förskott. Returfrakten kommer att betalas av Bullfrog för alla komponenter och spabad som omfattas av garantin, förutom att ägaren är ansvarig för alla fraktkostnader för alla spabad som returneras för reparation mer än sju år efter inköpsdatumet. När hela spabadet skickas till fabriken för reparation kommer alla kostnader för att ta bort och installera om spabadet på ägarens plats att vara ägarens ansvar. Bullfrog är ensamt ansvarigt för reparation eller utbyte, enligt beskrivningen ovan, för eventuella brott mot denna begränsade garanti.

UNDANTAG

Denna begränsade Bullfrog Spa-garanti är ogiltig under följande omständigheter:
▪ Spabadet har varit föremål för försummelse, felaktig användning eller missbruk, eller ändringar som orsakar skadan.
▪ Skadan orsakas av reparations- eller underhållsarbete som har försökts eller utförts av någon annan än en auktoriserad agent för Bullfrog.
▪ Spabadet har använts på en plats som inte är avsedd för bostäder eller kommersiellt (inklusive där ett spa kan användas av flera invånare i en lägenhet eller ett radhuskomplex) eller på något sätt som det inte är designat för.
▪ Skadan orsakas av en handling av Gud (brand, jordbävning, hagel, etc.) eller någon annan orsak som ligger utanför Bullfrogs kontroll.
▪ Skador orsakas av tillsats eller användning av någon icke-godkänd mekanisk eller elektrisk komponent eller kemiskt ämne.
▪ Skador orsakas av frakt, flytt, felaktig hantering, felaktig installation eller elektrisk anslutning av någon annan än en auktoriserad agent för Bullfrog.
▪ Skador på spabadets skal orsakas av överdriven värmeuppbyggnad på grund av att spabadet inte täcker ordentligt när det är tomt på vatten eller utsätts för direkt solljus eller andra väderförhållanden.
▪ Skador orsakas av att spabadet används utanför vattentemperaturintervallet 40°F – 110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Skador orsakas av felaktigt underhåll av spavattnets kemi eller genom att låta oupplösta spakemikalier ligga på spabadets yta.
▪ Skador orsakas av underlåtenhet att installera, underhålla och använda spabadet i enlighet med rekommendationerna i Bullfrogs bruksanvisning, leveransguide eller andra tryckta instruktioner, meddelanden eller bulletiner från Bullfrog.
▪ Skador orsakas av underlåtenhet att tillhandahålla en korrekt spagrund enligt beskrivningen i Pre-Delivery Guide. Vilken person eller företag som helst kan utföra nödvändigt underhåll eller reparationer på ett Bullfrog-spa. Eventuella skador som orsakas av dig eller någon annan än Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud täcks dock inte och kan ogiltigförklara denna begränsade garanti.

EVENTUELLA UNDERFÖRSTÅDDA GARANTIER (SÅSOM UNDERFÖRSTÅDDA GARANTIER OM SÄLJBARHET OCH LÄMPLIGHET FÖR ETT SÄRSKILT ÄNDAMÅL) ÄR BEGRÄNSADE TILL DEN LAGSTADGADE PERIODEN ELLER VARAKTIGHETEN AV DEN TILLÄMPLIGA GARANTIN SOM ANGES OVAN, BEROENDE PÅ VILKET SOM ÄR KORTAST. INGEN AGENT, ÅTERFÖRSÄLJARE, DISTRIBUTÖR, SERVICEFÖRETAG ELLER ANNAN PART HAR RÄTT ATT ÄNDRA, MODIFIERA ELLER FÖRLÄNGA VILLKOREN I DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI PÅ NÅGOT SÄTT. OM SPABADET BEHÖVER BYTAS UT MEN DET AKTUELLA MARKNADSPRISET FÖR ERSÄTTNINGSSPAET ÄR HÖGRE ÄN DET URSPRUNGLIGA SPAETS MARKNADSPRIS, MÅSTE ÄGAREN ANTINGEN BETALA EN UPPGRADERINGSAVGIFT ELLER VÄLJA ETT ERSÄTTNINGSSPA SOM ÄR JÄMFÖRBART MED MARKNADSPRISET FÖR DET URSPRUNGLIGA SPABADET VID KÖPTILLFÄLLET. DEN URSPRUNGLIGA GARANTIPERIODEN KOMMER ATT FORTSÄTTA ATT GÄLLA FÖR ALLA REPARERADE OCH UTBYTESSPA OCH KOMPONENTER OCH KOMMER INTE ATT FÖRNYAS ELLER FÖRLÄNGAS AV NÅGON ANLEDNING.

Bullfrog International, LC (”Bullfrog” eller ”vi”) utökar följande täckning under denna begränsade garanti till att endast omfatta den ursprungliga slutanvändarköparen (”ägaren” eller ”du”) av alla Bullfrog-spabad av 2023 års modell och senare i Swim-serien som tillverkats den 1 februari 2023 eller senare och installerats för bostadsbruk i USA eller Kanada.

LIVSTIDS GARANTI

ENDURAFRAME™
Bullfrog garanterar EnduraFrame (formsprutad spa-ram) mot nedbrytning under den ursprungliga återförsäljarens livstid av spabadet.

10 ÅRS GARANTI

SKAL STRUKTUR
Bullfrog garanterar att Bullfrog Spa-skalet inte kommer att läcka under tio år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

7 ÅRS GARANTI

SKALETS YTA
Bullfrog garanterar att ytfinishen på Bullfrog Spa inte kommer att spricka, krackelera, skrynkla, blåsa, flagna eller delamineras under sju år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

5 ÅRS GARANTI

UTRUSTNING
Denna garanti täcker specifikt pumpen/pumparna, värmaren, styrsystemet, Snap Caps™, annan mekanisk utrustning från Bullfrog (exklusive all utrustning som anges i andra avsnitt) och läckor från någon komponent eller VVS-koppling som finns under spabadets skal.
Elektrisk och mekanisk utrustning med tillhörande rör och kopplingar garanteras mot defekter i material och utförande i fem år från inköpsdatum.
Defekta komponenter som lätt kan tas bort från spabadet och som lätt kan bytas ut av kunden och som inte kräver specialverktyg eller kunskap eller skapar personliga säkerhetsproblem,
som alla kallas ”komponenter som är lätta att ta bort” kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spas-återförsäljare eller återförsäljare eller genom att skicka de defekta komponenterna till Bullfrog. Denna garanti utesluter ljudsystem, vattenvårdssystem och belysningssystem för inomhus- och utomhusspa.
SPA SKÅP
Denna garanti täcker specifikt skåpets hörn, dörr och sidopaneler.
Skåpsektioner (hörn, dörrar, sidopaneler) är garanterade mot materialnedbrytning och sprickbildning i fem år från inköpsdatum.

JETPAK TERAPISYSTEM®
Denna garanti täcker specifikt strålarna, eventuella läckor från JetPak jetkopplingar och JetPak grenrörssystem.
JetPak-grenrörssystemet har en garanti på fem år från inköpsdatumet.
Färgtillgängligheten på ersättnings- och eftermarknads-JetPaks kan variera och beror på marknadens efterfrågan och tillgängligheten av färgen för Bullfrog.

3 ÅRS GARANTI

ÖVERDRAG TILL PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA
Bullfrog garanterar Patio Performance spa-skyddet mot defekter i material eller utförande, såvida det inte fastställs att det är normal blekning eller slitage, i tre år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

1 ÅRS GARANTI

BELYSNINGSSYSTEM
Bullfrog garanterar de inre och yttre spabelysningssystemen mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet. Belysningskomponenter som är lätta att ta bort, t.ex. utvändiga lampetter, kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller återförsäljare eller genom att skicka de defekta komponenterna till Bullfrog.
LJUDSYSTEM
Bullfrog garanterar ljudsystem mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.
SYSTEM FÖR VATTENVÅRD
Bullfrog garanterar vattenvårdssystem mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

ANDRA GARANTIER

Bullfrog garanterar Bullfrog Spa-kuddar, jetytor i metall, tillbehörsankare, skummare, sätes- och golvbeläggningar samt filter mot defekter i material och utförande fram till leveranstiden.

GARANTI, PRESTANDA och VILLKOR

Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud (dvs. Bullfrogs personal, dess återförsäljare eller dess auktoriserade tredjepartsserviceföretag) kommer att reparera eller byta ut alla felaktiga eller defekta komponenter på spabadet som täcks av villkoren i denna begränsade garanti och som köptes från en auktoriserad Bullfrog Spas-återförsäljare eller butik. Bullfrog förbehåller sig rätten att, efter eget val, antingen reparera eller byta ut ett defekt spa eller en defekt komponent. Ägaren är skyldig att upprätthålla fri åtkomst för spareparationer och är ansvarig för eventuella icke-standardiserade kostnader för att få tillgång till spautrustning eller spa-VVS.
Om ett ersättningsspa eller en ersättningskomponent tillhandahålls av Bullfrog kommer ägaren att ansvara för alla kostnader för borttagning och utbyte av den defekta produkten, körsträcka, fraktkostnader för ersättningsprodukten och leverans. I händelse av ett struktur- eller ramfel efter sju år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet, måste det defekta spabadet skickas till Bullfrog för reparation på ägarens bekostnad. I vissa situationer kan återförsäljaren eller Bullfrog ta ut en rimlig serviceavgift av ägaren.
Eftersom Swim Series spa är stora och ofta kräver komplexa och/eller dyra installationsmetoder och boende, kommer alla rimliga ansträngningar att göras för att reparera eller byta ut komponenter på plats där spabadet är installerat. Om Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud fastställer att reparation av defekten på plats eller byte av komponenter inte är genomförbar på grund av begränsningar som skapats av spabadets installationsplats, förbehåller vi oss rätten att kräva att spabadet tas bort från dess installationsplats för att säkerställa säker åtkomst för teknikern. I ett sådant fall kommer kostnaderna för att flytta spabadet till en fungerande plats och återinstallation av spabadet efter reparationer att vara ägarens eget ansvar, inklusive eventuella icke-standardiserade kostnader för borttagning och utbyte av spabad, till exempel för spa som ligger i ett valv, spa som ligger på ett övre däck där en kran krävs, eller reparation eller byte av däck eller omgivande sten eller betong. I det sällsynta fallet att ett ersättningsspa krävs för att på ett adekvat sätt åtgärda defekten eller felet, kommer ägaren att vara ensam ansvarig för borttagningskostnader, fraktkostnader för ersättningsprodukten och leveranskostnader till installationsplatsen.
Bullfrog förbehåller sig rätten att använda antingen nya eller renoverade ersättningskomponenter. Eventuella reparations- eller utbyteskomponenter eller spabad får ingen ny eller utökad garantitäckning utan täcks endast av den återstående delen av den ursprungliga produktens garantiperiod.
Bullfrogs livstidsgarantier gäller under hela livstiden för den ursprungliga återförsäljaren av spabadet. Om den ursprungliga icke-professionella köparen är ett företag eller en enhet snarare än en fysisk person (t.ex. ett bolag, ett aktiebolag, en familjestiftelse osv.) ska ”den ursprungliga icke-professionella köparens livstid” avse tio år.
För att få garantiservice, kontakta din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller Bullfrog och skicka in inköpsbevis. Kravet på inköpsbevis kan frångås om Bullfrogs eller återförsäljarens register kan bekräfta det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet och att du är den ursprungliga köparen. Alla defekta spabad eller komponenter som skickas direkt till fabriken för garantireparation måste godkännas i förväg av Bullfrog och måste betalas i förskott. Returfrakten kommer att betalas av Bullfrog för alla komponenter och spabad som omfattas av garantin, förutom att ägaren är ansvarig för alla fraktkostnader för alla spabad som returneras för reparation mer än sju år efter inköpsdatumet. När hela spabadet skickas till fabriken för reparation kommer alla kostnader för att ta bort och installera om spabadet på ägarens plats att vara ägarens ansvar. Bullfrog är ensamt ansvarigt för reparation eller utbyte, enligt beskrivningen ovan, för eventuella brott mot denna begränsade garanti.

UNDANTAG

Denna begränsade Bullfrog Spa-garanti är ogiltig under följande omständigheter:
▪ Spabadet har varit föremål för försummelse, felaktig användning eller missbruk, eller ändringar som orsakar skadan.
▪ Skadan orsakas av reparations- eller underhållsarbete som har försökts eller utförts av någon annan än en auktoriserad agent för Bullfrog.
▪ Spabadet har använts på en plats som inte är avsedd för bostäder eller kommersiella lokaler (inklusive där ett spa
kan användas av flera boende i en lägenhet eller ett radhuskomplex) eller på något sätt som den inte är avsedd för.
▪ Skadan orsakas av en handling av Gud (brand, jordbävning, hagel, etc.) eller någon annan orsak som ligger utanför Bullfrogs kontroll.
▪ Skador orsakas av tillsats eller användning av någon icke-godkänd mekanisk eller elektrisk komponent eller kemiskt ämne.
▪ Spabadet har flyttats från sin ursprungliga installationsplats.
▪ Skador orsakas av frakt, flytt, felaktig hantering, felaktig installation eller elektrisk anslutning av någon annan än en auktoriserad agent för Bullfrog.
▪ Skador på spabadets skal orsakas av överdriven värmeuppbyggnad på grund av att spabadet inte täcker ordentligt när det är tomt på vatten eller utsätts för direkt solljus eller andra väderförhållanden.
▪ Skador orsakas av att spabadet används utanför vattentemperaturintervallet 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Skador orsakas av felaktigt underhåll av spavattnets kemi eller genom att låta oupplösta spakemikalier ligga på spabadets yta.
▪ Skador orsakas av underlåtenhet att installera, underhålla och använda spabadet i enlighet med rekommendationerna i Bullfrogs bruksanvisning, leveransguide eller andra tryckta instruktioner, meddelanden eller bulletiner från Bullfrog.
▪ Skador orsakas av underlåtenhet att tillhandahålla en korrekt spagrund enligt beskrivningen i Pre-Delivery Guide.

Vilken person eller företag som helst kan utföra nödvändigt underhåll eller reparationer på ett Bullfrog-spa. Eventuella skador som orsakas av dig eller någon annan än Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud täcks dock inte och kan ogiltigförklara denna begränsade garanti.

DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI ANGER BULLFROGS ENSAMMA ANSVAR OCH SKYLDIGHET FÖR EVENTUELLA SPA-PROBLEM ELLER FUNKTIONSFEL OCH FÖR EVENTUELLA GARANTIBROTT. DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI ERSÄTTER ALLA ANDRA GARANTIER, INKLUSIVE EVENTUELLA UTTRYCKLIGA ELLER LAGSTADGADE GARANTIER. EVENTUELLA UNDERFÖRSTÅDDA GARANTIER (SÅSOM UNDERFÖRSTÅDDA GARANTIER OM SÄLJBARHET OCH LÄMPLIGHET FÖR ETT SÄRSKILT ÄNDAMÅL) ÄR BEGRÄNSADE TILL DEN LAGSTADGADE PERIODEN ELLER VARAKTIGHETEN AV DEN TILLÄMPLIGA GARANTIN SOM ANGES OVAN, BEROENDE PÅ VILKET SOM ÄR KORTAST. INGEN AGENT, ÅTERFÖRSÄLJARE, DISTRIBUTÖR, SERVICEFÖRETAG ELLER ANNAN PART HAR RÄTT ATT ÄNDRA, MODIFIERA ELLER FÖRLÄNGA VILLKOREN I DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI PÅ NÅGOT SÄTT. DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI UPPHÖR VID ÖVERFÖRING AV ÄGANDET AV SPABA. BULLFROG KAN, EFTER EGET VAL, ANTINGEN REPARERA ELLER BYTA UT EN DEFEKT PRODUKT (SPA ELLER EN KOMPONENT). OM SPABADET BEHÖVER BYTAS UT MEN DET AKTUELLA MARKNADSPRISET FÖR ERSÄTTNINGSSPAET ÄR HÖGRE ÄN DET URSPRUNGLIGA SPAETS MSTKRY-PRIS, MÅSTE ÄGAREN ANTINGEN BETALA EN UPPGRADERINGSAVGIFT ELLER VÄLJA ETT ERSÄTTNINGSSPA SOM ÄR JÄMFÖRBART MED MARKNADSPRISET FÖR DET URSPRUNGLIGA SPABADET VID KÖPTILLFÄLLET. DEN URSPRUNGLIGA GARANTIPERIODEN KOMMER ATT FORTSÄTTA ATT GÄLLA FÖR ALLA REPARERADE OCH UTBYTESSPA OCH KOMPONENTER OCH KOMMER INTE ATT FÖRNYAS ELLER FÖRLÄNGAS AV NÅGON ANLEDNING.
FRISKRIVNINGAR FÖRUTOM VAD SOM ANGES I DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI ELLER PÅ ANNAT SÄTT KRÄVS ENLIGT TILLÄMPLIG LAG, SKA BULLFROG OCH DESS AUKTORISERADE OMBUD INTE VARA ANSVARIGA FÖR NÅGON PERSONSKADA, DÖDSFALL, SKADA PÅ EGENDOM, FÖRLUST, KOSTNAD ELLER ANNAN SKADA, VARE SIG DIREKT, TILLFÄLLIG, FÖLJDSKADA, SPECIELL ELLER BESTRAFFANDE, SOM UPPSTÅR FRÅN SPA-, BULLFROGS ELLER DESS OMBUDS TJÄNSTER, ELLER NÅGON DEFEKT SOM TÄCKS AV DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI, INKLUSIVE, MEN INTE BEGRÄNSAT TILL, FÖRLUST AV ANVÄNDNING AV SPABADET OCH KOSTNADER FÖR BORTTAGNING AV DEFEKTA PRODUKTER, ÄVEN OM BULLFROG HAR INFORMERATS OM RISKEN FÖR SÅDANA SKADOR. MED UNDANTAG FÖR VAD SOM KRÄVS ENLIGT LAG, SKA BULLFROGS OCH DESS AUKTORISERADE OMBUDS TOTALA ANSVAR GENTEMOT DIG ELLER TREDJE PART INTE ÖVERSTIGA DET URSPRUNGLIGA BELOPPET SOM BETALATS FÖR DEN DEFEKTA PRODUKTEN.

LIMITED WARRANTY

X Series for United States and Canada
Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any 2023 model year and later X Series Bullfrog Spas hot tub manufactured on or after February 1, 2023 and installed
for residential use in the United States or Canada.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL STRUCTURE
Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for five years from the original spa purchase date.
ENDURAFRAME™
Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for five years from the original spa purchase date.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE
Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for three years from the original spa purchase date.
EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective
component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels.
Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date.
PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.


WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either
repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or
surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at
Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.

To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

 

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.


LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY,
AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.

LIMITED WARRANTY

M Series, A Series & STIL for European Union & United Kingdom Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any M Series, A Series or STIL spa manufactured on or after January 1, 2025 and installed for residential use in European Union and the United Kingdom.


10 YEAR WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™
Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for ten years from the original spa purchase date.
SHELL STRUCTURE
Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for ten years from the original spa purchase date.


7 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE
Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze, wrinkle, blister, peel ordelaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.


5 YEAR WARRANTY

EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.
Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your
authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET and BASE
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against degradation and cracking for five
years from purchase date. 

EnduraBase™ is warranted against degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date. Defective items will be repaired under the terms of this warranty.
JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.
Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship,
unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for 1 year from the original spa purchase date.

2 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as the exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.


OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the Bullfrog spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. In doing so, Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment. If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the dealer for warranty repair must be pre-authorized by the dealer or
Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, excluding any spa returned that is more than three years after its purchase date. If the entire spa is returned to the dealer for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of the Owner. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
 The spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause
the damage.
 Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
 Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, natural disaster or any other external cause), animal, or by any action or omission attributable to you.
 Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
 Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hookup by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build- up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
 Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
 Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.


LIMITATIONS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS NOT SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH
ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR,
SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP.

NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF
BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE
OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this
warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty
shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in
any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of
Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

Bullfrog garanterar att Bullfrog Spa-skalet inte kommer att läcka på fem år från det ursprungliga spa-köpet
datum.

3 ÅRS GARANTI

SKALETS YTA
Bullfrog garanterar att ytfinishen på Bullfrog Spa inte kommer att spricka, krackelera, skrynkla, blåsa, flagna eller delamineras under tre år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.
UTRUSTNING
Denna garanti täcker specifikt pumpen/pumparna, värmaren, styrsystemet, FilterCap™, annan mekanisk utrustning från Bullfrog (exklusive all utrustning som anges i andra avsnitt) och läckor från alla komponenter eller VVS-kopplingar som finns under spabadets skal.
Elektrisk och mekanisk utrustning med tillhörande rör och kopplingar garanteras mot defekter i material och utförande i tre år från inköpsdatum.
Defekta komponenter som lätt kan tas bort från spabadet och som lätt kan bytas ut av kunden och som inte kräver specialverktyg eller kunskap eller skapar personliga säkerhetsproblem, som alla kallas lätt borttagna komponenter, kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din
auktoriserad Bullfrog Spas-återförsäljare. Denna garanti utesluter ljudsystem, vattenvårdssystem och interiöra och exteriöra spabelysningssystem.
SPA SKÅP och BASE
Denna garanti täcker specifikt skåpets hörn, dörr- och sidopaneler och den gjutna spabasen.
Skåpsektioner (hörn, dörrar, sidopaneler) är garanterade mot nedbrytning och sprickbildning i tre år från inköpsdatum.
EnduraBase™ är garanterat mot nedbrytning och sprickbildning i tre år från inköpsdatum. Defekta föremål kommer att repareras enligt villkoren i denna garanti.

1 ÅRS GARANTI

ÖVERDRAG TILL PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA

ANDRA GARANTIER

Bullfrog garanterar Bullfrog Spa-kuddar, metallstrålytor och filter mot defekter i material och utförande vid leveranstillfället.

GARANTI, PRESTANDA och VILLKOR

Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud (d.v.s. Bullfrogs personal, dess återförsäljare eller dess auktoriserade tredjepartsserviceföretag) kommer att reparera eller byta ut alla felaktiga eller defekta komponenter på Bullfrog-spabadet som täcks av villkoren i denna begränsade garanti och som köptes från en auktoriserad Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller detaljhandlare. Genom att göra detta förbehåller sig Bullfrog rätten att, efter eget val, antingen reparera eller byta ut det defekta spabadet eller komponenten. Ägaren är skyldig att ha fri tillgång till spa-utrustningsfacket och ansvarar för eventuella icke-standardiserade kostnader för att få tillgång till spa-utrustningen.
Om Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud fastställer att det inte är möjligt att reparera defekten, kan Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud istället tillhandahålla ett ersättningsspa eller en komponent som är lika stor som det defekta spabadet eller komponenten. I de fall där ett ersättningsspa är auktoriserat kommer Bullfrog att försöka ersätta spabadet med ett med samma marknadsvärde. Om du har fått tillstånd av Bullfrog kan du också ha rätt att
Välj ett dyrare spa genom att betala skillnaden mellan marknadsvärdet på ditt ursprungliga spa vid köptillfället och det aktuella marknadspriset för det nya ersättningsspabadet.
Ägaren kommer att ansvara för alla icke-standardiserade kostnader för borttagning och byte av spabad, såsom spa som ligger i ett valv, spa som ligger på en balkong eller däck där en kran krävs, eller reparation eller byte av däck. Efter sex månader från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet kommer ägaren att ansvara för alla kostnader för borttagning och utbyte av den defekta produkten, återförsäljarens körsträcka, fraktkostnader för ersättningsprodukten och leverans. I händelse av ett struktur- eller ramfel efter tre år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet, måste det defekta spabadet skickas till din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare för reparation på ägarens bekostnad. I vissa situationer kan återförsäljaren eller Bullfrog
debitera ägaren en rimlig serviceavgift.
Bullfrog förbehåller sig rätten att använda antingen nya eller renoverade ersättningskomponenter. Eventuella reparations- eller utbyteskomponenter eller spabad får ingen ny eller utökad garantitäckning utan täcks endast av den återstående delen av den ursprungliga produktens garantiperiod.
För att få garantiservice, kontakta din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spas-återförsäljare och skicka in inköpsbevis. Kravet på inköpsbevis kan frångås om Bullfrogs eller återförsäljarens register kan bekräfta det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet och att du är den ursprungliga köparen. Alla defekta spabad eller komponenter som skickas direkt till återförsäljaren för garantireparation måste godkännas i förväg av återförsäljaren eller Bullfrog och måste betalas i förskott. Returfrakt kommer att betalas av Bullfrog för alla garanterade komponenter och spabad, med undantag för eventuella spabad som returneras som är mer än tre år efter inköpsdatumet. Om hela spabadet returneras till återförsäljaren för reparation, kommer alla kostnader för att ta bort och installera om spabadet på ägarens plats att vara ägarens ansvar. I den utsträckning som tillåts av
tillämplig lag, reparation eller utbyte, som beskrivs ovan, ska vara Bullfrogs enda ansvar och din enda och exklusiva gottgörelse för eventuella brott mot denna begränsade garanti.

UNDANTAG

Denna begränsade Bullfrog Spa-garanti är ogiltig under följande omständigheter:
 Spabadet har utsatts för ändringar, försummelse, felaktig användning eller missbruk, eller ändringar som orsakar skadan.
 Skadan har orsakats av reparations- eller underhållsarbete som har utförts eller utförts av någon annan än en auktoriserad representant för Bullfrog.
 Spabadet har använts på en plats som inte är avsedd för bostäder eller kommersiella lokaler (inklusive där ett spa kan användas av flera boende i en lägenhet eller ett radhuskomplex) eller på något sätt som det inte är avsett för.
 Skadan orsakas av en force majeure (brand, jordbävning, naturkatastrof eller annan yttre orsak), ett djur eller av någon handling eller underlåtenhet som kan hänföras till dig.
 Skadan har orsakats av tillsats eller användning av någon icke godkänd mekanisk eller elektrisk komponent eller kemiskt ämne.
 Skadan har orsakats av transport, flyttning, felaktig hantering, felaktig installation eller elanslutning av någon annan än en auktoriserad representant för Bullfrog.
 Skador på spabadets skal orsakas av överdriven värmeuppbyggnad på grund av att spabadet inte täcks ordentligt när det är tomt på vatten eller utsätts för direkt solljus eller andra väderförhållanden.
 Skador orsakas av att spabadet används utanför vattentemperaturintervallet 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Skadan har orsakats av felaktigt underhåll av spabadets vattenkemi eller av att oupplösta spakemikalier har låtit sig ligga på spabadets yta.
 Skadan har orsakats av underlåtenhet att installera, underhålla och använda spabadet i enlighet med rekommendationerna i Bullfrogs bruksanvisning, leveransguide eller andra tryckta instruktioner, meddelanden eller bulletiner från Bullfrog.
Vilken person eller företag som helst kan utföra nödvändigt underhåll eller reparationer på ett Bullfrog-spa. Eventuella skador som orsakas av dig eller någon annan än Bullfrog eller dess auktoriserade ombud täcks dock inte och kan ogiltigförklara denna begränsade garanti.

ELLER TJÄNSTER, ELLER NÅGON DEFEKT SOM TÄCKS AV DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI, INKLUSIVE UTAN BEGRÄNSNING, FÖRLUST AV ANVÄNDNING AV SPABADET OCH KOSTNAD FÖR BORTTAGNING AV DEFEKTA PRODUKTER, ÄVEN OM BULLFROG HAR INFORMERATS OM MÖJLIGHETEN TILL SÅDAN SKADA.

PRODUKT. TÄCKNING UNDER DENNA BEGRÄNSADE GARANTI SKA BÖRJA PÅ DET URSPRUNGLIGA INKÖPSDATUMET OCH KOMMER INTE ATT FÖRLÄNGAS AV NÅGON ANLEDNING UTÖVER DE ANGIVNA TIDSPERIODERNA.

JURIDISKA RÄTTIGHETER KONSUMENTER

Följande gäller endast om du kvalificerar dig som konsument. Denna begränsade garanti ger dig specifika juridiska rättigheter utöver dina lagstadgade rättigheter enligt tillämpliga konsumentskyddslagar. Dessa lagstadgade rättigheter kan variera beroende på lagarna i ditt hemland och påverkas inte av denna garanti.
Vissa jurisdiktioner tillåter inte begränsningar av, eller undantag från, vissa underförstådda villkor eller skyldigheter. I dessa fall påverkar, begränsar eller utesluter inte denna begränsade garanti några lagstadgade rättigheter som du kan ha. Omedelbar retur av ett ifyllt garantiregistreringsformulär hjälper till att skydda dina garantirättigheter. Registreringskraven gäller inte för invånare i jurisdiktioner där det är förbjudet enligt lag.

ALLMÄNT

Tredje parts rättigheter

En person som inte är part i denna begränsade garanti får inte genomdriva något villkor i denna begränsade garanti enligt Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Ogiltigförklaring

Om en behörig domstol eller administrativ myndighet finner att någon bestämmelse i denna begränsade garanti är ogiltig, olaglig eller omöjlig att verkställa, kommer den att uteslutas från garantin och resten av denna begränsade garanti ska förbli opåverkad och i kraft.

Tilldelning

Du får inte överlåta, överföra, inteckna, debitera, lägga ut på underleverantörer, delegera, förklara ett förtroende för eller på något annat sätt hantera någon av dina rättigheter och skyldigheter enligt denna begränsade garanti.

TILLÄMPLIG LAG OCH JURISDIKTION

Denna begränsade garanti, och alla utomobligatoriska skyldigheter som härrör från eller är kopplade till denna begränsade garanti, regleras av och tolkas enligt nederländsk lag, utan att det påverkar eventuella rättigheter du kan ha enligt tillämpliga tvingande lagar. Du och Bullfrog är oåterkalleligen överens om att domstolen i Amsterdam har exklusiv behörighet att avgöra alla tvister (oavsett om de är avtalsenliga eller icke-avtalsenliga) som uppstår på grund av eller i samband med denna begränsade garanti, inklusive om dess existens, giltighet eller uppsägning, såvida inte tvingande tillämpliga lagar ger dig rätten att välja tvistlösning av en domstol som annars skulle ha jurisdiktion enligt tillämplig lag.

Bullfrog warrants the spa lighting system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa which are deemed easily removed components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.

Audio System

Bullfrog warrants Audio Systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

Ozone System

Bullfrog warrants the ozone system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

Skal yta

Bullfrog garanterar att ytfinishen på Bullfrog Spa inte spricker, skrynklas, får blåsor, flagnar eller delamineras under tre år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

Rörmokeri

Bullfrog garanterar att jetkopplingar, interna rörledningar, avlopp och slangar inte läcker under tre år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

Bullfrog garanterar skåpets hörn, dörr och sidopaneler mot nedbrytning och sprickbildning i tre år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet. Ytfläckar och blekning täcks inte av villkoren i denna garanti.

Utrustning

Garantin täcker specifikt pumpen/pumparna, värmaren, styrsystemet (inklusive säkringar), FilterCap™, annan mekanisk utrustning från Bullfrog.

Defekta komponenter som lätt kan tas bort från spabadet och som lätt kan bytas ut av kunden och som inte kräver specialverktyg eller kunskap eller skapar personliga säkerhetsproblem, som alla anses vara komponenter som är lätta att ta bort, kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller genom att skicka de defekta komponenterna till Bullfrog. Denna garanti utesluter ljudsystem, ozonsystemet och de inre och yttre spabelysningssystemen.

Uteplats Performance™ Spa Överdrag

Bullfrog garanterar Patio Performance spa-skyddet mot defekter i material eller utförande i 3 år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

Spa

  • År 1: 100 % komponentbyte och arbetstäckning.
  • År 2: 100 % komponentbyte och arbetstäckning.
  • År 3: 100 % komponentbyte och arbetstäckning.

Belysningssystem

Bullfrog garanterar det inre och yttre spabelysningssystemet mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet. Defekta komponenter som lätt kan tas bort från spabadet, t.ex. den yttre LED-lampan (inklusive lampett), som anses vara komponenter som är lätta att ta bort, kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller genom att skicka de defekta komponenterna till Bullfrog.

Ljudsystem

Bullfrog garanterar Audio Systems mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

Ozonsystem

Bullfrog garanterar ozonsystemet mot defekter i material och utförande i ett år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

Utrustning

  • Garantin täcker specifikt pumpen/pumparna, värmaren, styrsystemet (inklusive säkringar), SnapCaps™, FilterCap™, annan mekanisk Bullfrog-utrustning och läckor från alla komponenter eller VVS-kopplingar som finns under spabadets skal.
  • Elektrisk och mekanisk utrustning med tillhörande rör och kopplingar garanteras mot defekter i material och utförande i fem år från inköpsdatum.
  • Defekta komponenter som lätt kan tas bort från spabadet och som lätt kan bytas ut av kunden och som inte kräver specialverktyg eller kunskap eller skapar personliga säkerhetsproblem, som alla anses vara komponenter som är lätta att ta bort, kommer att repareras eller bytas ut utan kostnad hos din auktoriserade Bullfrog Spa-återförsäljare eller genom att skicka de defekta komponenterna till Bullfrog. Denna garanti utesluter ljudsystem, ozonreningssystemet och de inre och yttre spabelysningssystemen.

EternaWood Skåp

  • Garantin täcker specifikt skåpets hörn, dörr- och sidopaneler och den gjutna spabasen.
  • EternaWood skåpsektioner (hörn, dörrar, sidopaneler) och EnduraBase™ är garanterade mot nedbrytning och sprickbildning i fem år från inköpsdatum. Effektiva föremål kommer att ersättas enligt villkoren i denna garanti.

JetPak Terapisystem

  • Garantin täcker specifikt strålarna, eventuella läckor från JetPak jetkopplingar och all JetPak VVS.
  • JetPak VVS-system garanteras i fem år från inköpsdatum.
  • Färgtillgänglighet på ersättnings- och eftermarknads-JetPaks garanteras i minst ett år. (Färgtillgänglighet efter ett år är beroende av marknadens efterfrågan och tillgången på färg till Bullfrog.)

Bullfrog garanterar att ytfinishen på R-serien Bullfrog Spa inte spricker, skrynklas, får blåsor, flagnar eller delamineras under fem år från det ursprungliga inköpsdatumet för spabadet.

Equipment

  • Warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system (including fuses), SnapCaps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment, and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
  • Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.
  • Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are deemed Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, the ozone purifier system, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

EternaWood Cabinet

  • Warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.
  • EternaWood Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) & EnduraBase™ are warranted against degredation and cracking for five years from purchase date. Deffective items will be replaced under the terms of this warranty.

JetPak Therapy System

  • Warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and all JetPak plumbing.
  • JetPak plumbing System warranted for five years from purchase date.
  • Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks is guaranteed for a minimum of one year. (Color availability beyond one year is dependent upon market demand and availability of color to Bullfrog.)

Lighting System

Bullfrog warrants the Interior and Exterior Spa Lighting System against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa, such as the exterior LED bulb (including sconce), which are deemed Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.

Audio System

Bullfrog warrants Audio Systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

Ozone System

Bullfrog warrants the ozone system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
