M Series, A Series & STIL for United States and Canada

Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any 2023 model year and later M Series, A Series or STIL Bullfrog Spas hot tub manufactured on or after February 1, 2023 and installed for residential use in the United States or Canada.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™

Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for the life of the original retail purchaser of the spa.

10 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL STRUCTURE

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for ten years from the original spa purchase date.

7 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE

Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

EQUIPMENT

This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.

Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.

Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

SPA CABINET and BASE

This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
The JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.

Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
Bullfrog’s Lifetime warranties last for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser of the spa. If the original retail purchaser is a company or entity rather than a natural person (e.g., corporation, limited liability company, family trust, etc.), “life of the original retail purchaser” shall mean ten years.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F – 110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide. Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY, AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.

DISCLAIMERS

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

LEGAL RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your country, state, or province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied or statutory warranties or other warranty terms and conditions, so these limitations may not apply to you. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of California or other
jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing.

As Swim Series spas are large and often require complex and/or expensive installation methods and accommodations, all reasonable efforts will be made to repair or replace components on site where the spa is installed. If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that onsite repair of the defect or replacement of components is not feasible due to limitations created by the spa installation location, we reserve the right to require removal of the spa from its installation location to ensure safe technician access. In such an event, costs for moving the spa to a workable location and reinstallation of the spa after repairs will be the sole responsibility of Owner, including any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete. In the rare case that a replacement spa is required to adequately address the defect or malfunction, Owner will be solely responsible for removal costs, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery costs to the installation location.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.

EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective
component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels.
Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date.
PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.


WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either
repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or
surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at
Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.

To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

 

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.


LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY,
AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.
DISCLAIMERS EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.
Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your
authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.
Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE
OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty
shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in
any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of
Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the Bullfrog spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. In doing so, Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment.
If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to
choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the dealer for warranty repair must be pre-authorized by the dealer or  Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, excluding any spa returned that is more than three years after its purchase date. If the entire spa is returned to the dealer for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of the Owner. To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
 The spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
 Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
 Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, natural disaster or any other external cause), animal, or by any action or omission attributable to you.
 Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
 Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hookup by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build- up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
 Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
 Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS NOT SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR,
SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP.

DISCLAIMERS

NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW,BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS
OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).

LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

EQUIPO

Esta garantía cubre específicamente la(s) bomba(s), el calentador, el sistema de control, las tapas™ a presión, la tapa™ del filtro, otros equipos mecánicos Bullfrog (excluyendo cualquier equipo enumerado en otras secciones) y las fugas de cualquier componente o accesorio de plomería ubicado debajo de la carcasa del spa.

Los equipos eléctricos y mecánicos con sus tuberías y accesorios asociados están garantizados contra defectos de materiales y mano de obra durante cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra.

SISTEMAS DE ILUMINACIÓN
Bullfrog garantiza los sistemas de iluminación interior y exterior del spa contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante un año a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa. Los componentes de iluminación que son componentes fáciles de quitar, como las luces exteriores, se repararán o reemplazarán sin cargo en su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spa o en la tienda minorista o enviando los componentes defectuosos a Bullfrog.
SISTEMAS DE AUDIO
Bullfrog garantiza los sistemas de audio contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante un año a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa.
SISTEMAS DE CUIDADO DEL AGUA
Bullfrog garantiza los sistemas de cuidado del agua contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante un año a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa.

OTRAS GARANTÍAS

Bullfrog garantiza las almohadas, las caras de chorro de metal y los filtros Bullfrog Spa contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante el tiempo de entrega.

RENDIMIENTO Y TÉRMINOS DE LA GARANTÍA

Bullfrog o su agente autorizado (es decir, el personal de Bullfrog, sus distribuidores minoristas o sus empresas de servicio de terceros autorizadas) repararán o reemplazarán cualquier componente defectuoso o defectuoso en el spa que esté cubierto por los términos de esta Garantía limitada y que haya sido comprado a un distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spas o una tienda minorista. Bullfrog se reserva el derecho, a su elección, de reparar o reemplazar un spa o componente defectuoso. El propietario debe mantener un acceso despejado para las reparaciones del spa y es responsable de cualquier costo no estándar de acceso al equipo del spa o a la plomería del spa. Cuando el servicio de garantía requiera la remoción del spa, el Propietario será responsable de cualquier costo no estándar de remoción y reemplazo del spa, como spas ubicados en una bóveda, spas ubicados en una cubierta superior donde se requiere una grúa, o reparación o reemplazo de la plataforma o la piedra u concreto circundante.
Si Bullfrog proporciona un spa o componente de reemplazo, el Propietario será responsable de todos los costos de remoción y reemplazo del producto defectuoso, cargos por kilometraje, costos de envío del producto de reemplazo y entrega. En caso de falla de una estructura o marco después de siete años a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa, el spa defectuoso debe enviarse a Bullfrog para su reparación a cargo del Propietario. En algunas situaciones, el distribuidor de servicio o Bullfrog pueden cobrar al Propietario una tarifa de servicio razonable.
Bullfrog se reserva el derecho de utilizar componentes de repuesto nuevos o reacondicionados. Cualquier componente o spa de reparación o reemplazo no recibe cobertura de garantía nueva o extendida, sino que está cubierto solo por la parte restante del plazo de garantía del producto original.
Las garantías de por vida de Bullfrog duran toda la vida del comprador minorista original del spa. Si el comprador minorista original es una empresa o entidad en lugar de una persona física (por ejemplo, corporación, sociedad de responsabilidad limitada, fideicomiso familiar, etc.), «vida del comprador minorista original» significará diez años.
Para obtener el servicio de garantía, comuníquese con su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spas o Bullfrog y envíe un comprobante de compra. El requisito de comprobante de compra puede no aplicarse si los registros de Bullfrog o del distribuidor pueden confirmar la fecha de compra original del spa y que usted es el comprador original. Cualquier spa o componente defectuoso enviado directamente a la fábrica para su reparación en garantía debe ser preautorizado por Bullfrog y debe ser prepagado con flete. Bullfrog pagará el flete de devolución de todos los componentes y spas garantizados, excepto que el Propietario es responsable de todos los gastos de envío de cualquier spa devuelto para reparaciones más de siete años después de su fecha de compra. EXCLUSIONES

Esta garantía limitada de Bullfrog Spa es nula en las siguientes circunstancias:
▪ El spa ha sido objeto de negligencia, mal uso o abuso, o de alteraciones que causan el daño.
▪ El daño es causado por trabajos de reparación o mantenimiento que han sido intentados o realizados por cualquier persona que no sea un agente autorizado de Bullfrog.
▪ El spa se ha utilizado en un lugar no residencial o comercial (incluso donde un spa puede ser utilizado por varios residentes de un complejo de apartamentos o casas adosadas) o de cualquier manera para la que no fue diseñado.
▪ El daño es causado por un acto de Dios (incendio, terremoto, granizo, etc.) o cualquier otra causa fuera del control de Bullfrog.
▪ El daño es causado por la adición o el uso de cualquier componente mecánico o eléctrico no aprobado, o sustancia química.
▪ El daño es causado por el envío, la mudanza, el mal manejo, la instalación incorrecta o la conexión eléctrica por parte de alguien que no sea un agente autorizado de Bullfrog.
▪ El daño a la carcasa del spa es causado por la acumulación excesiva de calor debido a que no se cubre adecuadamente el spa cuando está vacío de agua o expuesto a la luz solar directa u otras condiciones climáticas.
▪ El daño es causado por operar el spa fuera del rango de temperatura del agua de 40 ° F – 110 ° F (4 ° C-43 ° C).
▪ El daño es causado por un mantenimiento inadecuado de la química del agua del spa o por permitir que los productos químicos del spa no disueltos se encuentren en la superficie del spa.
▪ El daño es causado por la falta de instalación, mantenimiento y operación del spa de acuerdo con las recomendaciones contenidas en el Manual del propietario de Bullfrog, la Guía previa a la entrega o cualquier otra instrucción impresa, aviso o boletín de Bullfrog.
▪ El daño es causado por no proporcionar una base de spa adecuada como se describe en la Guía previa a la entrega. Cualquier persona o empresa puede realizar el mantenimiento o las reparaciones necesarias en un spa Bullfrog. Sin embargo, cualquier daño causado por usted o cualquier persona que no sea Bullfrog o sus agentes autorizados no está cubierto y puede anular esta Garantía limitada.

LIMITACIONES

ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA ESTABLECE LA RESPONSABILIDAD Y OBLIGACIÓN EXCLUSIVA DE BULLFROG POR CUALQUIER PROBLEMA O MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SPA Y POR CUALQUIER INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA GARANTÍA. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA REEMPLAZA A TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS, INCLUIDAS LAS GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS O LEGALES. CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA (COMO LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD E IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR) SE LIMITA AL PERÍODO LEGAL O LA DURACIÓN DE LA GARANTÍA APLICABLE INDICADA ANTERIORMENTE, LO QUE SEA MÁS CORTO. NINGÚN AGENTE, DISTRIBUIDOR, COMPAÑÍA DE SERVICIO U OTRA PARTE ESTÁ AUTORIZADO A CAMBIAR, MODIFICAR O EXTENDER LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE NINGUNA MANERA. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA TERMINA CON LA TRANSFERENCIA DE LA PROPIEDAD DEL SPA. BULLFROG PUEDE, A SU ELECCIÓN, REPARAR O REEMPLAZAR UN PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSO (SPA O UN COMPONENTE). SI EL SPA NECESITA SER REEMPLAZADO PERO EL PRECIO DE MERCADO ACTUAL DEL SPA DE REEMPLAZO ES MAYOR QUE EL PRECIO DE MERCADO DEL SPA ORIGINAL, EL PROPIETARIO DEBERÁ PAGAR UNA TARIFA DE ACTUALIZACIÓN O ELEGIR UN SPA DE REEMPLAZO COMPARABLE AL PRECIO DE MERCADO DEL SPA ORIGINAL EN EL MOMENTO DE SU COMPRA. EL PERÍODO DE GARANTÍA ORIGINAL CONTINUARÁ APLICÁNDOSE A TODOS LOS SPAS Y COMPONENTES REPARADOS Y DE REEMPLAZO Y NO SE RENOVARÁ NI EXTENDERÁ POR NINGÚN MOTIVO.

RENUNCIAS

SALVO LO ESTABLECIDO EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA O LO EXIJA LA LEY APLICABLE, BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE NINGUNA LESIÓN PERSONAL, MUERTE, DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD, PÉRDIDA, COSTO U OTRO DAÑO, YA SEA DIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, CONSECUENTE, ESPECIAL O PUNITIVO, QUE SURJA DE LOS SPAS, LOS SERVICIOS DE BULLFROG O SUS AGENTES, O CUALQUIER DEFECTO CUBIERTO POR ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LA PÉRDIDA DE USO DEL SPA Y EL COSTO DE LA ELIMINACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS, INCLUSO SI BULLFROG HA SIDO ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHO DAÑO. SALVO QUE LO EXIJA LA LEY, LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DE BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS ANTE USTED O TERCEROS NO EXCEDERÁ EL MONTO ORIGINAL PAGADO POR EL PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSO.

DERECHOS LEGALES

Esta garantía limitada le otorga derechos legales específicos. También puede tener otros derechos según las leyes de su país, estado o provincia. Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten limitaciones en ciertas garantías implícitas o legales u otros términos y condiciones de garantía, por lo que es posible que estas limitaciones no se apliquen en su caso. OTRAS GARANTÍAS

Bullfrog garantiza las almohadas Bullfrog Spa, las caras metálicas de los chorros, los anclajes accesorios, los skimmers, los revestimientos de asientos y suelos, y los filtros contra defectos de materiales y mano de obra durante el tiempo de entrega.

RENDIMIENTO Y TÉRMINOS DE LA GARANTÍA

Bullfrog o su agente autorizado (es decir, el personal de Bullfrog, sus distribuidores minoristas o sus empresas de servicio de terceros autorizadas) repararán o reemplazarán cualquier componente defectuoso o defectuoso en el spa que esté cubierto por los términos de esta Garantía limitada y que haya sido comprado a un distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spas o una tienda minorista. Bullfrog se reserva el derecho, a su elección, de reparar o reemplazar un spa o componente defectuoso. El propietario debe mantener un acceso despejado para las reparaciones del spa y es responsable de cualquier costo no estándar de acceso al equipo del spa o a la plomería del spa.
Si Bullfrog proporciona un spa o componente de reemplazo, el Propietario será responsable de todos los costos de remoción y reemplazo del producto defectuoso, cargos por kilometraje, costos de envío del producto de reemplazo y entrega. Como los spas de la serie Swim son grandes y a menudo requieren métodos de instalación y adaptaciones complejos y / o costosos, se harán todos los esfuerzos razonables para reparar o reemplazar los componentes en el sitio donde está instalado el spa. Si Bullfrog o su agente autorizado determinan que la reparación in situ del defecto o el reemplazo de componentes no es factible debido a las limitaciones creadas por la ubicación de instalación del spa, nos reservamos el derecho de exigir la remoción del spa de su ubicación de instalación para garantizar el acceso seguro de los técnicos. En tal caso, los costos de trasladar el spa a un lugar viable y la reinstalación del spa después de las reparaciones serán responsabilidad exclusiva del Propietario, incluidos los costos no estándar de remoción y reemplazo del spa, como para spas ubicados en una bóveda, spas ubicados en una cubierta superior donde se requiere una grúa, o reparación o reemplazo de la plataforma o la piedra u hormigón circundantes. En el raro caso de que se requiera un spa de reemplazo para abordar adecuadamente el defecto o mal funcionamiento, el Propietario será el único responsable de los costos de eliminación, los costos de envío del producto de reemplazo y los costos de envío al lugar de instalación.
Bullfrog se reserva el derecho de utilizar componentes de repuesto nuevos o reacondicionados. Cualquier componente o spa de reparación o reemplazo no recibe cobertura de garantía nueva o extendida, sino que está cubierto solo por la parte restante del plazo de garantía del producto original.
Las garantías de por vida de Bullfrog duran toda la vida del comprador minorista original del spa. Si el comprador minorista original es una empresa o entidad en lugar de una persona física (por ejemplo, corporación, sociedad de responsabilidad limitada, fideicomiso familiar, etc.), «vida útil del comprador minorista original» significará diez años.
Para obtener el servicio de garantía, comuníquese con su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spas o Bullfrog y envíe un comprobante de compra. El requisito de comprobante de compra puede no aplicarse si los registros de Bullfrog o del distribuidor pueden confirmar la fecha de compra original del spa y que usted es el comprador original. ▪ El daño es causado por la falta de instalación, mantenimiento y operación del spa de acuerdo con las recomendaciones contenidas en el Manual del propietario de Bullfrog, la Guía previa a la entrega o cualquier otra instrucción impresa, aviso o boletín de Bullfrog.
▪ El daño es causado por no proporcionar una base de spa adecuada como se describe en la Guía previa a la entrega.

Cualquier persona o empresa puede realizar el mantenimiento o las reparaciones necesarias en un spa Bullfrog. Sin embargo, cualquier daño causado por usted o cualquier persona que no sea Bullfrog o sus agentes autorizados no está cubierto y puede anular esta Garantía limitada.

LIMITACIONES

DERECHOS LEGALES

RENDIMIENTO Y TÉRMINOS DE LA GARANTÍA

LIMITACIONES

A SU ELECCIÓN, REPARAR O REEMPLAZAR UN PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSO (SPA O UN COMPONENTE). SI EL SPA NECESITA SER REEMPLAZADO PERO EL PRECIO DE MERCADO ACTUAL DEL SPA DE REEMPLAZO ES MAYOR QUE EL PRECIO DE MERCADO DEL SPA ORIGINAL, EL PROPIETARIO DEBERÁ PAGAR UNA TARIFA DE ACTUALIZACIÓN O ELEGIR UN SPA DE REEMPLAZO COMPARABLE AL PRECIO DE MERCADO DEL SPA ORIGINAL EN EL MOMENTO DE SU COMPRA. EL PERÍODO DE GARANTÍA ORIGINAL CONTINUARÁ APLICÁNDOSE A TODOS LOS SPAS Y COMPONENTES REPARADOS Y DE REEMPLAZO Y NO SE RENOVARÁ NI EXTENDERÁ POR NINGÚN MOTIVO.
EXENCIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD EXCEPTO SEGÚN LO ESTABLECIDO EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA O REQUERIDO POR LA LEY APLICABLE, BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE NINGUNA LESIÓN PERSONAL, MUERTE, DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD, PÉRDIDA, COSTO U OTRO DAÑO, YA SEA DIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, CONSECUENTE, ESPECIAL O PUNITIVO, QUE SURJA DE LOS SPAS, LOS SERVICIOS DE BULLFROG O SUS AGENTES, O CUALQUIER DEFECTO CUBIERTO POR ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LA PÉRDIDA DE USO DEL SPA Y EL COSTO DE LA ELIMINACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS, INCLUSO SI BULLFROG HA SIDO ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHO DAÑO. SALVO QUE LO EXIJA LA LEY, LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DE BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS ANTE USTED O TERCEROS NO EXCEDERÁ EL MONTO ORIGINAL PAGADO POR EL
PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSO.


DERECHOS LEGALES

Esta garantía limitada le otorga derechos legales específicos. También puede tener otros derechos según las leyes de su país, estado o provincia. EQUIPO

Los equipos eléctricos y mecánicos con sus tuberías y accesorios asociados están garantizados contra defectos de materiales y mano de obra durante cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra.
Los componentes defectuosos que se retiran fácilmente del spa y que pueden ser reemplazados fácilmente por el cliente y que no requieren herramientas o conocimientos especializados ni crean problemas de seguridad personal, todos los cuales se conocen como componentes fáciles de quitar, serán reparados o reemplazados sin cargo en su

EnduraBase™ está garantizado contra la degradación y el agrietamiento durante cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra. Los artículos defectuosos serán reparados bajo los términos de esta garantía.
SISTEMA® DE TERAPIA JETPAK
Esta garantía cubre específicamente los chorros, cualquier fuga de los accesorios de chorro JetPak y el sistema de colector JetPak.
El sistema de colector JetPak tiene una garantía de cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra.
La disponibilidad de color en los JetPaks de reemplazo y del mercado de accesorios puede variar y dependerá de la demanda del mercado y la disponibilidad del color para Bullfrog.

Bullfrog garantiza la cubierta de spa Patio Performance contra defectos de materiales o mano de obra,
a menos que se determine que es una decoloración o desgaste normal, durante 1 año a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa.

GARANTÍA DE 2 AÑOS

SISTEMAS DE ILUMINACIÓN
Bullfrog garantiza los sistemas de iluminación interior y exterior del spa contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante dos años a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa. Los componentes de iluminación que son componentes fáciles de quitar, como las luces exteriores, serán reparados o reemplazados sin cargo en su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spa.
SISTEMAS DE AUDIO
Bullfrog garantiza los sistemas de audio contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante dos años a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa.
SISTEMAS DE CUIDADO DEL AGUA
Bullfrog garantiza los sistemas de cuidado del agua contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante dos años a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa.


OTRAS GARANTÍAS

Bullfrog garantiza las almohadas, las caras de chorro de metal y los filtros Bullfrog Spa contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra en el momento de la entrega.

RENDIMIENTO Y TÉRMINOS DE LA GARANTÍA

Bullfrog o su agente autorizado (es decir, el personal de Bullfrog, sus distribuidores minoristas o sus empresas de servicios de terceros autorizadas) repararán o reemplazarán cualquier componente defectuoso o defectuoso en el spa Bullfrog que esté cubierto por los términos de esta Garantía limitada y que haya sido comprado en un distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spas o en una tienda minorista. Al hacerlo, Bullfrog se reserva el derecho, a su elección, de reparar o reemplazar el spa o componente defectuoso. El propietario debe mantener un acceso despejado a la bahía de equipos de spa y es responsable de cualquier costo no estándar de acceso al equipo de spa. Si Bullfrog o su agente autorizado determinan que la reparación del defecto no es factible, Bullfrog o su agente autorizado pueden proporcionar un spa o componente de reemplazo de igual valor que el spa o componente defectuoso. En los casos en que se autorice un spa de reemplazo, Bullfrog intentará reemplazar el spa por uno de igual valor de mercado. Si Bullfrog lo autoriza, también se le puede permitir elegir un spa de mayor precio pagando la diferencia entre el valor de mercado de su spa original en el momento de la compra y el precio de mercado actual del nuevo spa de reemplazo.
El propietario será responsable de cualquier costo no estándar de remoción y reemplazo de spa, como spas ubicados en una bóveda, spas ubicados en un balcón o terraza donde se requiera una grúa, o reparación o reemplazo de cubiertas. Después de seis meses a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa, el Propietario será responsable de todos los costos de remoción y reemplazo del producto defectuoso, los cargos por millaje del distribuidor, los costos de envío del producto de reemplazo y la entrega. En caso de falla de una estructura o marco después de tres años a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa, el spa defectuoso debe enviarse a su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spa para su reparación a cargo del propietario. En algunas situaciones, el distribuidor de servicio o Bullfrog pueden
cobrar al Propietario una tarifa de servicio razonable.
Bullfrog se reserva el derecho de utilizar componentes de repuesto nuevos o reacondicionados. Cualquier componente o spa de reparación o reemplazo no recibe cobertura de garantía nueva o extendida, sino que está cubierto solo por la parte restante del plazo de garantía del producto original.
Para obtener el servicio de garantía, comuníquese con su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spas y envíe un comprobante de compra. El requisito de comprobante de compra puede no aplicarse si los registros de Bullfrog o del distribuidor pueden confirmar la fecha de compra original del spa y que usted es el comprador original. Cualquier spa o componente defectuoso enviado directamente al distribuidor para su reparación en garantía debe ser autorizado previamente por el distribuidor o
Bullfrog y debe ser flete prepago. Bullfrog pagará el flete de devolución en todos los componentes y spas garantizados, excluyendo cualquier spa devuelto que sea más de tres años después de su fecha de compra. Si todo el spa se devuelve al distribuidor para su reparación, todos los costos de retirar y volver a instalar el spa en la ubicación del Propietario serán responsabilidad del Propietario. En la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable, la reparación o el reemplazo, como se describe anteriormente, será responsabilidad exclusiva de Bullfrog y su único y exclusivo recurso por cualquier incumplimiento de esta Garantía limitada.

EXCLUSIONES

Esta garantía limitada de Bullfrog Spa es nula en las siguientes circunstancias:
 El spa ha sido objeto de alteración, negligencia, mal uso o abuso, o de alteraciones que causen
el daño.
 El daño es causado por trabajos de reparación o mantenimiento que han sido intentados o realizados por cualquier persona que no sea un agente autorizado de Bullfrog.
 El spa se ha utilizado en un lugar no residencial o comercial (incluso donde un spa puede ser utilizado por varios residentes de un complejo de apartamentos o casas adosadas) o de cualquier manera para la que no fue diseñado.
 El daño es causado por un acto de Dios (incendio, terremoto, desastre natural o cualquier otra causa externa), animal o por cualquier acción u omisión atribuible a usted.
 El daño es causado por la adición o el uso de cualquier componente mecánico o eléctrico no aprobado, o sustancia química.
 El daño es causado por el envío, la mudanza, el mal manejo, la instalación incorrecta o la conexión eléctrica por parte de alguien que no sea un agente autorizado de Bullfrog.
 El daño a la carcasa del spa es causado por la acumulación excesiva de calor debido a la falta de cobertura adecuada del spa cuando está vacío de agua o expuesto a la luz solar directa u otras condiciones climáticas.
 El daño es causado por operar el spa fuera del rango de temperatura del agua de 40 ° F-110 ° F (4 ° C-43 ° C).
 El daño es causado por un mantenimiento inadecuado de la química del agua del spa o por permitir que los productos químicos del spa no disueltos se depositen en la superficie del spa.
 El daño es causado por la falta de instalación, mantenimiento y operación del spa de acuerdo con las recomendaciones contenidas en el Manual del propietario de Bullfrog, la Guía previa a la entrega o cualquier otra instrucción impresa, aviso o boletín de Bullfrog.
Cualquier persona o empresa puede realizar el mantenimiento o las reparaciones necesarias en un spa Bullfrog. Sin embargo, cualquier daño causado por usted o cualquier persona que no sea Bullfrog o sus agentes autorizados no está cubierto y puede anular esta Garantía limitada.


LIMITACIONES

EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA ESTABLECE LA RESPONSABILIDAD Y OBLIGACIÓN EXCLUSIVA DE BULLFROG POR CUALQUIER PROBLEMA O MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SPA Y POR CUALQUIER INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA GARANTÍA, Y ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA REEMPLAZA TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS, CONDICIONES Y OTROS TÉRMINOS NO ESTABLECIDOS EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, QUE
ESTÁN EXPRESAMENTE EXCLUIDOS. EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA (COMO LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD E IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR) SE LIMITA AL PERÍODO LEGAL O LA DURACIÓN DE LA GARANTÍA APLICABLE INDICADA ANTERIORMENTE, LO QUE SEA MÁS CORTO. SIN AGENTE, CONCESIONARIO, DISTRIBUIDOR,
LA COMPAÑÍA DE SERVICIO U OTRA PARTE ESTÁ AUTORIZADA A CAMBIAR, MODIFICAR O EXTENDER LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE CUALQUIER MANERA. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA TERMINA CON LA TRANSFERENCIA DE LA PROPIEDAD DEL SPA.
RENUNCIAS
NADA EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA EXCLUYE LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE BULLFROG POR MUERTE O LESIONES PERSONALES CAUSADAS POR LA NEGLIGENCIA, FRAUDE O TERGIVERSACIÓN FRAUDULENTA DE BULLFROG, Y CUALQUIER OTRA RESPONSABILIDAD QUE NO PUEDA SER EXCLUIDA POR LA LEY. SALVO LO ESTABLECIDO EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA O LO EXIJA LA LEY APLICABLE, BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE: (A) NINGUNA LESIÓN PERSONAL,
MUERTE O DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD; O (B) CUALQUIER PÉRDIDA O COSTO INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, CONSECUENTE, ESPECIAL O PUNITIVO, QUE SURJA DE LOS SPAS, LOS PRODUCTOS O SERVICIOS DE BULLFROG O SUS AGENTES, O CUALQUIER DEFECTO CUBIERTO POR ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LA PÉRDIDA DE USO DEL SPA Y EL COSTO DE LA ELIMINACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS, INCLUSO SI
BULLFROG HA SIDO ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE TAL DAÑO. SALVO QUE LO EXIJA LA LEY, LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DE BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS ANTE USTED O TERCEROS QUE SURJA DE O EN RELACIÓN CON ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, YA SEA QUE SURJA POR CONTRATO, AGRAVIO (INCLUIDA LA NEGLIGENCIA), INCUMPLIMIENTO DE OBLIGACIONES LEGALES O DE OTRO MODO, NO EXCEDERÁ LA CANTIDAD ORIGINAL PAGADA POR USTED POR EL PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSO. LA COBERTURA DE ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA COMENZARÁ EN LA FECHA ORIGINAL
DE COMPRA Y NO SE EXTENDERÁ POR NINGÚN MOTIVO MÁS ALLÁ DE LOS PERÍODOS DE TIEMPO ESTABLECIDOS.


DERECHOS LEGALES CONSUMIDORES

Lo siguiente se aplica solo si califica como consumidor. Esta Garantía limitada le otorga derechos legales específicos además de sus derechos legales en virtud de las leyes de protección al consumidor aplicables. GENERAL

Derechos de terceros

Una persona que no sea parte de esta Garantía Limitada no puede hacer cumplir ningún término de esta Garantía Limitada en virtud de la Ley de Contratos (Derechos de Terceros) de 1999.


Invalidez

Si un tribunal u organismo administrativo competente determina que alguna disposición de esta Garantía limitada es inválida, ilegal o inaplicable, será excluida de la garantía y del resto de esta Garantía limitada

Asignación

No puede ceder, transferir, hipotecar, cobrar, subcontratar, delegar, declarar un fideicomiso o negociar con
de cualquier otra manera con cualquiera de sus derechos y obligaciones en virtud de esta Garantía limitada.


LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN


Esta Garantía limitada, y cualquier obligación no contractual que surja o esté relacionada con esta Garantía limitada, se rige e interpreta según la ley holandesa, sin perjuicio de los derechos que pueda tener en virtud de las leyes obligatorias aplicables. Usted y Bullfrog acuerdan irrevocablemente que el tribunal de
Amsterdam tiene jurisdicción exclusiva para resolver cualquier disputa (ya sea contractual o no contractual) que surja de o en relación con esta Garantía limitada, incluso en cuanto a su existencia, validez o terminación, a menos que las leyes aplicables obligatorias le otorguen el derecho a optar por la resolución de disputas por parte de un tribunal que de otro modo tendría jurisdicción según la ley aplicable.

Elija un spa de mayor precio pagando la diferencia entre el valor de mercado de su spa original en el momento de la compra y el precio de mercado actual del nuevo spa de reemplazo.
El propietario será responsable de cualquier costo no estándar de remoción y reemplazo de spa, como spas ubicados en una bóveda, spas ubicados en un balcón o terraza donde se requiera una grúa, o reparación o reemplazo de cubiertas. Después de seis meses a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa, el Propietario será responsable de todos los costos de remoción y reemplazo del producto defectuoso, los cargos por millaje del distribuidor, los costos de envío del producto de reemplazo y la entrega. En caso de falla de una estructura o marco después de tres años a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa, el spa defectuoso debe enviarse a su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spa para su reparación a cargo del propietario. En algunas situaciones, el distribuidor de servicio o Bullfrog pueden
cobrar al Propietario una tarifa de servicio razonable.
Bullfrog se reserva el derecho de utilizar componentes de repuesto nuevos o reacondicionados. Cualquier componente o spa de reparación o reemplazo no recibe cobertura de garantía nueva o extendida, sino que está cubierto solo por la parte restante del plazo de garantía del producto original.
Para obtener el servicio de garantía, comuníquese con su distribuidor autorizado de Bullfrog Spas y envíe un comprobante de compra. El requisito de comprobante de compra puede no aplicarse si los registros de Bullfrog o del distribuidor pueden confirmar la fecha de compra original del spa y que usted es el comprador original. Cualquier spa o componente defectuoso enviado directamente al distribuidor para su reparación en garantía debe ser autorizado previamente por el distribuidor o Bullfrog y debe pagarse por adelantado. Bullfrog pagará el flete de devolución en todos los componentes y spas garantizados, excluyendo cualquier spa devuelto que sea más de tres años después de su fecha de compra. Si todo el spa se devuelve al distribuidor para su reparación, todos los costos de retirar y volver a instalar el spa en la ubicación del Propietario serán responsabilidad del Propietario. En la medida máxima permitida por
la ley aplicable, la reparación o el reemplazo, como se describe anteriormente, será responsabilidad exclusiva de Bullfrog y su único y exclusivo recurso por cualquier incumplimiento de esta Garantía limitada.

EXCLUSIONES

Esta garantía limitada de Bullfrog Spa es nula en las siguientes circunstancias:
 El spa ha sido objeto de alteración, negligencia, mal uso o abuso, o de alteraciones que causen el daño.
 El daño es causado por trabajos de reparación o mantenimiento que han sido intentados o realizados por cualquier persona que no sea un agente autorizado de Bullfrog.
 El spa se ha utilizado en un lugar no residencial o comercial (incluso donde un spa puede ser utilizado por varios residentes de un complejo de apartamentos o casas adosadas) o de cualquier manera para la que no fue diseñado.
 El daño es causado por un acto de Dios (incendio, terremoto, desastre natural o cualquier otra causa externa), animal o por cualquier acción u omisión atribuible a usted.
 El daño es causado por la adición o el uso de cualquier componente mecánico o eléctrico no aprobado, o sustancia química.
 El daño es causado por el envío, la mudanza, el mal manejo, la instalación incorrecta o la conexión eléctrica por parte de alguien que no sea un agente autorizado de Bullfrog.
 El daño a la carcasa del spa es causado por la acumulación excesiva de calor debido a la falta de cobertura adecuada del spa cuando está vacío de agua o expuesto a la luz solar directa u otras condiciones climáticas.
 El daño es causado por operar el spa fuera del rango de temperatura del agua de 40 ° F-110 ° F (4 ° C-43 ° C).
 El daño es causado por un mantenimiento inadecuado de la química del agua del spa o por permitir que los productos químicos del spa no disueltos se depositen en la superficie del spa.
 El daño es causado por la falta de instalación, mantenimiento y operación del spa de acuerdo con las recomendaciones contenidas en el Manual del propietario de Bullfrog, la Guía previa a la entrega o cualquier otra instrucción impresa, aviso o boletín de Bullfrog.
Cualquier persona o empresa puede realizar el mantenimiento o las reparaciones necesarias en un spa Bullfrog. Sin embargo, cualquier daño causado por usted o cualquier persona que no sea Bullfrog o sus agentes autorizados no está cubierto y puede anular esta Garantía limitada.

LIMITACIONES

EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA ESTABLECE LA RESPONSABILIDAD Y OBLIGACIÓN EXCLUSIVA DE BULLFROG POR CUALQUIER PROBLEMA O MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SPA Y POR CUALQUIER INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA GARANTÍA Y ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA REEMPLAZA TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS, CONDICIONES Y OTROS TÉRMINOS NO ESTABLECIDOS EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, QUE ESTÁN EXPRESAMENTE EXCLUIDOS. EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA (COMO LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD E IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR) SE LIMITA AL PERÍODO LEGAL O LA DURACIÓN DE LA GARANTÍA APLICABLE INDICADA ANTERIORMENTE, LO QUE SEA MÁS CORTO. SIN AGENTE, CONCESIONARIO, DISTRIBUIDOR,
LA COMPAÑÍA DE SERVICIO U OTRA PARTE ESTÁ AUTORIZADA A CAMBIAR, MODIFICAR O EXTENDER LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE CUALQUIER MANERA. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA TERMINA CON LA TRANSFERENCIA DE LA PROPIEDAD DEL SPA.

RENUNCIAS

NADA EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA EXCLUYE LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE BULLFROG POR MUERTE O LESIONES PERSONALES CAUSADAS POR LA NEGLIGENCIA, FRAUDE O TERGIVERSACIÓN FRAUDULENTA DE BULLFROG, Y CUALQUIER OTRA RESPONSABILIDAD QUE NO PUEDA SER EXCLUIDA POR LA LEY.
SALVO LO ESTABLECIDO EN ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA O LO EXIJA LA LEY APLICABLE, BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE: (A) CUALQUIER LESIÓN PERSONAL, MUERTE O DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD; O (B) CUALQUIER PÉRDIDA O COSTO INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, CONSECUENTE, ESPECIAL O PUNITIVO, QUE SURJA DE LOS PRODUCTOS DE SPAS, BULLFROG O SUS AGENTES
O SERVICIOS, O CUALQUIER DEFECTO CUBIERTO POR ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LA PÉRDIDA DE USO DEL SPA Y EL COSTO DE LA ELIMINACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS, INCLUSO SI BULLFROG HA SIDO ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHO DAÑO.
SALVO QUE LO EXIJA LA LEY, LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DE BULLFROG Y SUS AGENTES AUTORIZADOS ANTE USTED O TERCEROS QUE SURJA DE O EN RELACIÓN CON ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA, YA SEA QUE SURJA POR CONTRATO, AGRAVIO (INCLUIDA LA NEGLIGENCIA), INCUMPLIMIENTO DE OBLIGACIONES LEGALES O DE OTRO MODO, NO EXCEDERÁ LA CANTIDAD ORIGINAL PAGADA POR USTED POR EL DEFECTUOSO.
PRODUCTO. LA COBERTURA DE ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA COMENZARÁ EN LA FECHA ORIGINAL DE COMPRA Y NO SE EXTENDERÁ POR NINGÚN MOTIVO MÁS ALLÁ DE LOS PERÍODOS DE TIEMPO ESTABLECIDOS.

DERECHOS LEGALES CONSUMIDORES

Lo siguiente se aplica solo si califica como consumidor. Esta Garantía limitada le otorga derechos legales específicos además de sus derechos legales en virtud de las leyes de protección al consumidor aplicables. Estos derechos legales pueden variar según las leyes de su país de residencia y no se ven afectados por esta garantía.
Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten limitaciones o exclusiones de ciertos términos y condiciones implícitos, o responsabilidades. GENERAL

Derechos de terceros

Una persona que no sea parte de esta Garantía Limitada no puede hacer cumplir ningún término de esta Garantía Limitada en virtud de la Ley de Contratos (Derechos de Terceros) de 1999.

Invalidez

Si un tribunal u organismo administrativo competente determina que alguna disposición de esta Garantía limitada es inválida, ilegal o inaplicable, quedará excluida de la garantía y el resto de esta Garantía limitada no se verá afectada y estará en vigor.

Asignación

No puede ceder, transferir, hipotecar, cobrar, subcontratar, delegar, declarar un fideicomiso o negociar de cualquier otra manera con ninguno de sus derechos y obligaciones en virtud de esta Garantía limitada.

LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN

Esta Garantía limitada, y cualquier obligación no contractual que surja o esté relacionada con esta Garantía limitada, se rige e interpreta según la ley holandesa, sin perjuicio de los derechos que pueda tener en virtud de las leyes obligatorias aplicables.   • Año 1: 100% de reemplazo de componentes y cobertura de mano de obra.
  • Año 2: 100% de reemplazo de componentes y cobertura de mano de obra.
  • Año 3: 100% de reemplazo de componentes y cobertura de mano de obra.

Bullfrog garantiza el sistema de iluminación interior y exterior del spa contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra durante un año a partir de la fecha de compra original del spa.
