  1. LIMITED WARRANTY

M Series, A Series & STIL for United States and Canada

Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any 2023 model year and later M Series, A Series or STIL Bullfrog Spas hot tub manufactured on or after February 1, 2023 and installed for residential use in the United States or Canada.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™

Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for the life of the original retail purchaser of the spa.

10 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL STRUCTURE

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for ten years from the original spa purchase date.

7 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE

Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

EQUIPMENT

This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.

Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.

Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

SPA CABINET and BASE

This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
The JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.

Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
Bullfrog’s Lifetime warranties last for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser of the spa. If the original retail purchaser is a company or entity rather than a natural person (e.g., corporation, limited liability company, family trust, etc.), “life of the original retail purchaser” shall mean ten years.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F — 110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide. Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY, AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.

DISCLAIMERS

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

LEGAL RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your country, state, or province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied or statutory warranties or other warranty terms and conditions, so these limitations may not apply to you. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of California or other
jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing.

As Swim Series spas are large and often require complex and/or expensive installation methods and accommodations, all reasonable efforts will be made to repair or replace components on site where the spa is installed. If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that onsite repair of the defect or replacement of components is not feasible due to limitations created by the spa installation location, we reserve the right to require removal of the spa from its installation location to ensure safe technician access. In such an event, costs for moving the spa to a workable location and reinstallation of the spa after repairs will be the sole responsibility of Owner, including any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete. In the rare case that a replacement spa is required to adequately address the defect or malfunction, Owner will be solely responsible for removal costs, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery costs to the installation location.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE
Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for three years from the original spa purchase date.
EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective
component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels.
Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date.
PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.


WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either
repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or
surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at
Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.

To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

 

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.


LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY,
AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.
DISCLAIMERS EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your country, state, or province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied or statutory warranties or other warranty terms and conditions, so these limitations may not apply to you. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of California or other jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

M Series, A Series & STIL for European Union & United Kingdom Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any M Series, A Series or STIL spa manufactured on or after January 1, 2025 and installed for residential use in European Union and the United Kingdom.

This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.
Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your
authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.
Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment. If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF
BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE
OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).


LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this
warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty
shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in
any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of
Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as the exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the Bullfrog spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. In doing so, Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment.
If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to
choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the dealer for warranty repair must be pre-authorized by the dealer or  Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, excluding any spa returned that is more than three years after its purchase date. If the entire spa is returned to the dealer for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of the Owner. To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
 The spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
 Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
 Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, natural disaster or any other external cause), animal, or by any action or omission attributable to you.
 Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
 Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hookup by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build- up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
 Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
 Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS NOT SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR,
SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP.

DISCLAIMERS

NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW,BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS
OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).

LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

ГАРАНТИЯ 7 ЛЕТ

ПОВЕРХНОСТЬ ОБОЛОЧКИ

Bullfrog гарантирует, что отделка поверхности спа-салона Bullfrog не будет трескаться, не потрескаться, не сморщиваться, не покрываться волдырями, не отслаиваться и не расслаиваться в течение семи лет с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.

ГАРАНТИЯ 5 ЛЕТ

ОБОРУДОВАНИЕ

Эта гарантия распространяется на насос(ы), нагреватель, систему управления, защелкивающиеся крышки™, крышки™ фильтра, другое механическое оборудование Bullfrog (за исключением любого оборудования, перечисленного в других разделах), а также на утечки из любого компонента или сантехнического фитинга, расположенного под оболочкой спа.

На электрическое и механическое оборудование с соответствующими трубопроводами и фитингами распространяется гарантия от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение пяти лет с даты покупки.

Неисправные компоненты, которые легко удаляются из спа-салона и могут быть легко заменены клиентом, не требуют специальных инструментов или знаний и не создают проблем с личной безопасностью, все из которых называются «Легко удаляемые компоненты», будут отремонтированы или заменены бесплатно у вашего авторизованного дилера или в розничном магазине Bullfrog Spas или путем отправки дефектных компонентов в Bullfrog. Эта гарантия не распространяется на аудиосистемы, системы водоснабжения, а также системы внутреннего и внешнего освещения спа.

СПА ШКАФ и ОСНОВАНИЕ

Доступность цвета на замене и вторичном рынке JetPak может варьироваться и будет зависеть от рыночного спроса и доступности цвета для Bullfrog.

ГАРАНТИЯ 1 ГОД

СИСТЕМЫ ОСВЕЩЕНИЯ
Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на внутренние и внешние системы освещения спа от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение одного года с даты первоначальной покупки спа. Компоненты освещения, которые являются легко демонтируемыми компонентами, такие как наружные бра, будут отремонтированы или заменены бесплатно у вашего авторизованного дилера Bullfrog Spa или в розничном магазине или путем отправки неисправных компонентов в Bullfrog.
АУДИОСИСТЕМЫ
Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на аудиосистемы от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение одного года с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.
СИСТЕМЫ УХОДА ЗА ВОДОЙ
Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на системы очистки воды от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение одного года с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.

ДРУГИЕ ГАРАНТИИ

Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на подушки Bullfrog Spa, металлические струйные поверхности и фильтры от дефектов материалов и изготовления на протяжении всего времени поставки.

ГАРАНТИЙНОЕ ИСПОЛНЕНИЕ И УСЛОВИЯ

Bullfrog или его уполномоченный агент (т. е. персонал Bullfrog, ее розничные дилеры или авторизованные сторонние сервисные компании) отремонтируют или заменят любой неисправный или неисправный компонент спа-салона, на который распространяются условия настоящей Ограниченной гарантии и который был приобретен у авторизованного дилера или розничного магазина Bullfrog Spas. Bullfrog оставляет за собой право по своему усмотрению либо отремонтировать, либо заменить неисправный спа или компонент. Владелец обязан поддерживать свободный доступ для ремонта спа-салона и несет ответственность за любые нестандартные расходы на доступ к спа-оборудованию или спа-сантехнике. Если гарантийное обслуживание требует демонтажа спа-салона, Владелец несет ответственность за любые нестандартные расходы на демонтаж и замену спа, например, для спа-салонов, расположенных в хранилище, спа-салонов, расположенных на верхней палубе, где требуется кран, или ремонта или замены настила или окружающего камня или бетона.
Если Bullfrog предоставляет замену спа или компонента, Владелец будет нести ответственность за все расходы по удалению и замене дефектного продукта, расходы на пробег, расходы на доставку заменяющего продукта и доставку. В случае выхода из строя конструкции или каркаса по истечении семи лет с даты покупки спа-салона, неисправный спа-салон должен быть отправлен в Bullfrog для ремонта за счет владельца. В некоторых ситуациях сервисный дилер или Bullfrog могут взимать с владельца разумную плату за обслуживание.
Bullfrog оставляет за собой право использовать как новые, так и восстановленные компоненты на замену. Любой ремонтный или заменяющий компонент или спа не получает нового или расширенного гарантийного покрытия, а покрывается только в течение оставшейся части гарантийного срока оригинального продукта.
Пожизненная гарантия Bullfrog действует в течение всего срока службы первоначального розничного покупателя спа-салона. Если первоначальный розничный покупатель является компанией или юридическим лицом, а не физическим лицом (например, корпорацией, обществом с ограниченной ответственностью, семейным трастом и т. д.), «срок жизни первоначального розничного покупателя» означает десять лет.
Чтобы получить гарантийное обслуживание, обратитесь к своему официальному дилеру Bullfrog Spas или Bullfrog и предоставьте доказательство покупки. Требование о подтверждении покупки может быть отменено, если записи Bullfrog или дилера могут подтвердить первоначальную дату покупки спа-салона и то, что вы являетесь первоначальным покупателем. Любой неисправный спа или компонент, отправленный непосредственно на завод для гарантийного ремонта, должен быть предварительно одобрен Bullfrog и должен быть предварительно оплачен транспортом. Обратная фрахтовка будет оплачена Bullfrog за все компоненты и спа на гарантии, за исключением того, что Владелец несет ответственность за все расходы по доставке любого спа, возвращенного для ремонта более чем через семь лет после даты покупки. Когда весь спа-салон отправляется на завод для ремонта, все расходы по демонтажу и повторной установке спа-салона по месту нахождения владельца будут нести владелец. Ремонт или замена, как описано выше, являются исключительной ответственностью Bullfrog за любое нарушение настоящей Ограниченной гарантии.

ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЯ

Настоящая ограниченная гарантия Bullfrog Spa недействительна в следующих случаях:
▪ Спа-салон подвергался пренебрежению, неправильному использованию или неправильному обращению, а также изменениям, которые привели к повреждению.
▪ Повреждение вызвано ремонтными или профилактическими работами, которые были предприняты или выполнены кем-либо, кроме уполномоченного агента Bullfrog.
▪ Спа-салон использовался в нежилых или коммерческих помещениях (в том числе там, где спа-салон может использоваться несколькими жителями многоквартирного или таунхаусного комплекса) или любым способом, для которого он не был предназначен.
▪ Ущерб вызван стихийным бедствием (пожар, землетрясение, град и т.д.) или любой другой причиной, не зависящей от Bullfrog.
▪ Повреждение вызвано добавлением или использованием любого неутвержденного механического или электрического компонента или химического вещества.
▪ Ущерб может быть вызван транспортировкой, перемещением, неправильным обращением, неправильной установкой или подключением электричества кем-либо, не являющимся уполномоченным агентом Bullfrog.
▪ Повреждение корпуса спа вызвано чрезмерным накоплением тепла из-за неправильного покрытия спа, когда в нем нет воды или он подвергается воздействию прямых солнечных лучей или других погодных условий.
▪ Повреждение вызвано эксплуатацией спа-салона вне диапазона температур воды 40°F — 110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Повреждение может быть вызвано неправильным обслуживанием химического состава курортной воды или тем, что нерастворенные спа-химикаты лежат на поверхности спа.
▪ Повреждение вызвано неспособностью установить, обслуживать и эксплуатировать спа-салон в соответствии с рекомендациями, содержащимися в Руководстве пользователя Bullfrog, Руководстве перед доставкой или любых других печатных инструкциях, уведомлении или бюллетене от Bullfrog.
▪ Повреждение вызвано отсутствием надлежащего спа-фундамента, как описано в Руководстве перед доставкой. Любое лицо или компания могут выполнять необходимое техническое обслуживание или ремонт на спа-салоне Bullfrog. Тем не менее, любые убытки, причиненные вами или кем-либо, кроме Bullfrog или ее уполномоченных агентов, не покрываются и могут аннулировать настоящую Ограниченную гарантию.

НАСТОЯЩАЯ ОГРАНИЧЕННАЯ ГАРАНТИЯ ЗАМЕНЯЕТ СОБОЙ ВСЕ ДРУГИЕ ГАРАНТИИ, ВКЛЮЧАЯ ЛЮБЫЕ ЯВНЫЕ ИЛИ УСТАНОВЛЕННЫЕ ЗАКОНОМ ГАРАНТИИ. ЛЮБЫЕ ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫЕ ГАРАНТИИ (НАПРИМЕР, ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫЕ ГАРАНТИИ ТОВАРНОЙ ПРИГОДНОСТИ И ПРИГОДНОСТИ ДЛЯ ОПРЕДЕЛЕННОЙ ЦЕЛИ) ОГРАНИЧИВАЮТСЯ УСТАНОВЛЕННЫМ ЗАКОНОМ ПЕРИОДОМ ИЛИ СРОКОМ ДЕЙСТВИЯ ПРИМЕНИМОЙ ГАРАНТИИ, УКАЗАННЫМ ВЫШЕ, В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ ТОГО, КАКОЙ ИЗ НИХ КОРОЧЕ. НИ ОДИН АГЕНТ, ДИЛЕР, ДИСТРИБЬЮТОР, СЕРВИСНАЯ КОМПАНИЯ ИЛИ ДРУГАЯ СТОРОНА НЕ ИМЕЕТ ПРАВА ИЗМЕНЯТЬ, МОДИФИЦИРОВАТЬ ИЛИ ПРОДЛЕВАТЬ УСЛОВИЯ НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ КАКИМ-ЛИБО ОБРАЗОМ. ЭТА ОГРАНИЧЕННАЯ ГАРАНТИЯ ПРЕКРАЩАЕТ СВОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ С МОМЕНТА ПЕРЕДАЧИ ПРАВА СОБСТВЕННОСТИ НА СПА. BULLFROG МОЖЕТ, ПО СВОЕМУ УСМОТРЕНИЮ, ЛИБО ОТРЕМОНТИРОВАТЬ, ЛИБО ЗАМЕНИТЬ НЕИСПРАВНЫЙ ПРОДУКТ (СПА ИЛИ КОМПОНЕНТ). ЕСЛИ СПА-ЦЕНТР НУЖДАЕТСЯ В ЗАМЕНЕ, НО ТЕКУЩАЯ РЫНОЧНАЯ ЦЕНА НОВОГО СПА-ЦЕНТРА ПРЕВЫШАЕТ РЫНОЧНУЮ ЦЕНУ ОРИГИНАЛЬНОГО СПА-ЦЕНТРА, ВЛАДЕЛЕЦ ДОЛЖЕН БУДЕТ ЛИБО ЗАПЛАТИТЬ ЗА МОДЕРНИЗАЦИЮ, ЛИБО ВЫБРАТЬ НОВЫЙ СПА-ЦЕНТР, СОПОСТАВИМЫЙ С РЫНОЧНОЙ ЦЕНОЙ ОРИГИНАЛЬНОГО СПА-САЛОНА НА МОМЕНТ ЕГО ПОКУПКИ. ПЕРВОНАЧАЛЬНЫЙ ГАРАНТИЙНЫЙ СРОК БУДЕТ ПО-ПРЕЖНЕМУ ПРИМЕНЯТЬСЯ КО ВСЕМ ОТРЕМОНТИРОВАННЫМ И ЗАМЕНЕННЫМ СПА И КОМПОНЕНТАМ И НЕ БУДЕТ ОБНОВЛЯТЬСЯ ИЛИ ПРОДЛЕВАТЬСЯ ПО КАКОЙ-ЛИБО ПРИЧИНЕ.

ОТКАЗ ОТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ

ВКЛЮЧАЯ, ПОМИМО ПРОЧЕГО, ПОТЕРЮ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ СПА И РАСХОДЫ НА УДАЛЕНИЕ ДЕФЕКТНОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ, ДАЖЕ ЕСЛИ BULLFROG БЫЛ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕН О ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ТАКОГО ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ. ГАРАНТИЯ 10 ЛЕТ

СТРУКТУРА ОБОЛОЧКИ
Bullfrog гарантирует, что оболочка спа-салона Bullfrog не будет протекать в течение десяти лет с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.

ГАРАНТИЯ 7 ЛЕТ

ПОВЕРХНОСТЬ ОБОЛОЧКИ
Bullfrog гарантирует, что отделка поверхности спа-салона Bullfrog не будет трескаться, не потрескаться, не сморщиваться, не покрываться волдырями, не отслаиваться и не расслаиваться в течение семи лет с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.

ГАРАНТИЯ 5 ЛЕТ

ОБОРУДОВАНИЕ
Эта гарантия распространяется на насос(ы), обогреватель, систему управления, защелкивающиеся крышки™, другое механическое оборудование Bullfrog (за исключением любого оборудования, перечисленного в других разделах), а также на утечки из любого компонента или сантехнического фитинга, расположенного под оболочкой спа.
На электрическое и механическое оборудование с соответствующими трубопроводами и фитингами распространяется гарантия от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение пяти лет с даты покупки.
Неисправные компоненты, которые легко удаляются из спа-салона и могут быть легко заменены клиентом, не требуют специальных инструментов или знаний и не создают проблем с личной безопасностью,
все они называются «Легко удаляемые компоненты», будут отремонтированы или заменены бесплатно у вашего авторизованного дилера или в розничном магазине Bullfrog Spas или путем отправки неисправных компонентов в Bullfrog. СПА-ШКАФ

СИСТЕМА® ТЕРАПИИ JETPAK
Эта гарантия распространяется конкретно на форсунки, любые утечки из форсунок JetPak и систему коллекторов JetPak.
Гарантия на систему коллектора JetPak составляет пять лет с даты покупки.
Доступность цвета на замене и вторичном рынке JetPak может варьироваться и будет зависеть от рыночного спроса и доступности цвета для Bullfrog.

ГАРАНТИЯ 3 ГОДА

ПОКРЫТИЕ ДЛЯ СПА ПАТИО PERFORMANCE™
Bullfrog дает гарантию на спа-покрытие Patio Performance от дефектов материалов или изготовления, если только не установлено, что это нормальное выцветание или износ, в течение трех лет с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.

ГАРАНТИЯ 1 ГОД

СИСТЕМЫ ОСВЕЩЕНИЯ
Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на внутренние и внешние системы освещения спа от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение одного года с даты первоначальной покупки спа. Компоненты освещения, которые являются легко демонтируемыми компонентами, такие как наружные бра, будут отремонтированы или заменены бесплатно у вашего авторизованного дилера Bullfrog Spa или в розничном магазине или путем отправки неисправных компонентов в Bullfrog.
АУДИОСИСТЕМЫ
Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на аудиосистемы от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение одного года с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.
СИСТЕМЫ УХОДА ЗА ВОДОЙ
Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на системы очистки воды от дефектов материалов и изготовления в течение одного года с даты первоначальной покупки спа-салона.

ДРУГИЕ ГАРАНТИИ

Bullfrog гарантирует подушки Bullfrog Spa, металлические форсунки, вспомогательные якоря, скиммеры, покрытия сидений и полов, а также фильтры от дефектов материалов и изготовления на протяжении всего времени доставки.

ГАРАНТИЙНОЕ ИСПОЛНЕНИЕ И УСЛОВИЯ

Bullfrog или его уполномоченный агент (т. е. персонал Bullfrog, ее розничные дилеры или авторизованные сторонние сервисные компании) отремонтируют или заменят любой неисправный или неисправный компонент спа-салона, на который распространяются условия настоящей Ограниченной гарантии и который был приобретен у авторизованного дилера или розничного магазина Bullfrog Spas. Bullfrog оставляет за собой право по своему усмотрению либо отремонтировать, либо заменить неисправный спа или компонент. Владелец обязан поддерживать свободный доступ для ремонта спа-салона и несет ответственность за любые нестандартные расходы на доступ к спа-оборудованию или спа-сантехнике.
Если Bullfrog предоставляет замену спа или компонента, Владелец будет нести ответственность за все расходы по удалению и замене дефектного продукта, расходы на пробег, расходы на доставку заменяющего продукта и доставку. В случае выхода из строя конструкции или каркаса по истечении семи лет с даты покупки спа-салона, неисправный спа-салон должен быть отправлен в Bullfrog для ремонта за счет владельца. В некоторых ситуациях сервисный дилер или Bullfrog могут взимать с владельца разумную плату за обслуживание.
Поскольку спа-салоны серии Swim большие и часто требуют сложных и/или дорогостоящих методов установки и размещения, будут приложены все разумные усилия для ремонта или замены компонентов на месте, где установлен спа-салон. Если Bullfrog или его уполномоченный агент определит, что ремонт дефекта на месте или замена компонентов невозможны из-за ограничений, созданных местом установки спа, мы оставляем за собой право потребовать удаления спа с места установки для обеспечения безопасного доступа технического специалиста. В таком случае расходы на перемещение спа-салона в пригодное для работы место и повторную установку спа-салона после ремонта будут лежать исключительно на Владельце, включая любые нестандартные расходы на демонтаж и замену спа-салона, такие как спа-салоны, расположенные в хранилище, спа-салоны, расположенные на верхнем этаже, где требуется кран, или ремонт или замена настила или окружающего камня или бетона. В редких случаях, когда для надлежащего устранения дефекта или неисправности требуется замена спа-салона, владелец несет полную ответственность за расходы на удаление, стоимость доставки заменяющего продукта и расходы на доставку к месту установки.
Bullfrog оставляет за собой право использовать как новые, так и восстановленные компоненты на замену. Любой ремонтный или заменяющий компонент или спа не получает нового или расширенного гарантийного покрытия, а покрывается только в течение оставшейся части гарантийного срока оригинального продукта.
Пожизненная гарантия Bullfrog действует в течение всего срока службы первоначального розничного покупателя спа-салона. Если первоначальный розничный покупатель является компанией или юридическим лицом, а не физическим лицом (например, корпорацией, обществом с ограниченной ответственностью, семейным трастом и т. д.), «срок жизни первоначального розничного покупателя» означает десять лет.
Чтобы получить гарантийное обслуживание, обратитесь к своему официальному дилеру Bullfrog Spas или Bullfrog и предоставьте доказательство покупки. Требование о подтверждении покупки может быть отменено, если записи Bullfrog или дилера могут подтвердить первоначальную дату покупки спа-салона и то, что вы являетесь первоначальным покупателем. Любой неисправный спа или компонент, отправленный непосредственно на завод для гарантийного ремонта, должен быть предварительно одобрен Bullfrog и должен быть предварительно оплачен транспортом. Обратная фрахтовка будет оплачена Bullfrog за все компоненты и спа на гарантии, за исключением того, что Владелец несет ответственность за все расходы по доставке любого спа, возвращенного для ремонта более чем через семь лет после даты покупки. Когда весь спа-салон отправляется на завод для ремонта, все расходы по демонтажу и повторной установке спа-салона по месту нахождения владельца будут нести владелец. Ремонт или замена, как описано выше, являются исключительной ответственностью Bullfrog за любое нарушение настоящей Ограниченной гарантии.

ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЯ

Настоящая ограниченная гарантия Bullfrog Spa недействительна в следующих случаях:
▪ Спа-салон подвергался пренебрежению, неправильному использованию или неправильному обращению, а также изменениям, которые привели к повреждению.
▪ Повреждение вызвано ремонтными или профилактическими работами, которые были предприняты или выполнены кем-либо, кроме уполномоченного агента Bullfrog.
▪ Спа-центр использовался в нежилых или коммерческих помещениях (в том числе там, где спа
может использоваться несколькими жителями многоквартирного или таунхаусного комплекса) или любым способом, для которого он не был предназначен.

▪ Повреждение вызвано добавлением или использованием любого неутвержденного механического или электрического компонента или химического вещества.
▪ Спа-салон был перенесен с первоначального места установки.
▪ Ущерб может быть вызван транспортировкой, перемещением, неправильным обращением, неправильной установкой или подключением электричества кем-либо, не являющимся уполномоченным агентом Bullfrog.
▪ Повреждение корпуса спа вызвано чрезмерным накоплением тепла из-за неправильного покрытия спа, когда в нем нет воды или он подвергается воздействию прямых солнечных лучей или других погодных условий.
▪ Повреждение вызвано эксплуатацией спа-салона вне диапазона температур воды 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Повреждение может быть вызвано неправильным обслуживанием химического состава курортной воды или тем, что нерастворенные спа-химикаты лежат на поверхности спа.
▪ Повреждение вызвано неспособностью установить, обслуживать и эксплуатировать спа-салон в соответствии с рекомендациями, содержащимися в Руководстве пользователя Bullfrog, Руководстве перед доставкой или любых других печатных инструкциях, уведомлении или бюллетене от Bullfrog.
▪ Повреждение вызвано отсутствием надлежащего спа-фундамента, как описано в Руководстве перед доставкой.

Любое лицо или компания могут выполнять необходимое техническое обслуживание или ремонт на спа-салоне Bullfrog. Тем не менее, любые убытки, причиненные вами или кем-либо, кроме Bullfrog или ее уполномоченных агентов, не покрываются и могут аннулировать настоящую Ограниченную гарантию.

ЛЮБЫЕ ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫЕ ГАРАНТИИ (НАПРИМЕР, ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫЕ ГАРАНТИИ ТОВАРНОЙ ПРИГОДНОСТИ И ПРИГОДНОСТИ ДЛЯ ОПРЕДЕЛЕННОЙ ЦЕЛИ) ОГРАНИЧИВАЮТСЯ УСТАНОВЛЕННЫМ ЗАКОНОМ ПЕРИОДОМ ИЛИ СРОКОМ ДЕЙСТВИЯ ПРИМЕНИМОЙ ГАРАНТИИ, УКАЗАННЫМ ВЫШЕ, В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ ТОГО, КАКОЙ ИЗ НИХ КОРОЧЕ. НИ ОДИН АГЕНТ, ДИЛЕР, ДИСТРИБЬЮТОР, СЕРВИСНАЯ КОМПАНИЯ ИЛИ ДРУГАЯ СТОРОНА НЕ ИМЕЕТ ПРАВА ИЗМЕНЯТЬ, МОДИФИЦИРОВАТЬ ИЛИ ПРОДЛЕВАТЬ УСЛОВИЯ НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ КАКИМ-ЛИБО ОБРАЗОМ. ЭТА ОГРАНИЧЕННАЯ ГАРАНТИЯ ПРЕКРАЩАЕТ СВОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ С МОМЕНТА ПЕРЕДАЧИ ПРАВА СОБСТВЕННОСТИ НА СПА. BULLFROG МОЖЕТ, ПО СВОЕМУ УСМОТРЕНИЮ, ЛИБО ОТРЕМОНТИРОВАТЬ, ЛИБО ЗАМЕНИТЬ НЕИСПРАВНЫЙ ПРОДУКТ (СПА ИЛИ КОМПОНЕНТ). ЕСЛИ СПА-ЦЕНТР НУЖДАЕТСЯ В ЗАМЕНЕ, НО ТЕКУЩАЯ РЫНОЧНАЯ ЦЕНА ЗАМЕНЯЮЩЕГО СПА-ЦЕНТРА ПРЕВЫШАЕТ ЦЕНУ ОРИГИНАЛЬНОГО СПА-ЦЕНТРА MSTKRY, ВЛАДЕЛЕЦ ДОЛЖЕН БУДЕТ ЛИБО ЗАПЛАТИТЬ ЗА МОДЕРНИЗАЦИЮ, ЛИБО ВЫБРАТЬ ЗАМЕНУ СПА, СОПОСТАВИМУЮ С РЫНОЧНОЙ ЦЕНОЙ ОРИГИНАЛЬНОГО СПА НА МОМЕНТ ЕГО ПОКУПКИ. ПЕРВОНАЧАЛЬНЫЙ ГАРАНТИЙНЫЙ СРОК БУДЕТ ПО-ПРЕЖНЕМУ ПРИМЕНЯТЬСЯ КО ВСЕМ ОТРЕМОНТИРОВАННЫМ И ЗАМЕНЕННЫМ СПА И КОМПОНЕНТАМ И НЕ БУДЕТ ОБНОВЛЯТЬСЯ ИЛИ ПРОДЛЕВАТЬСЯ ПО КАКОЙ-ЛИБО ПРИЧИНЕ.
ОТКАЗ ОТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ, ЗА ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕМ СЛУЧАЕВ, ИЗЛОЖЕННЫХ В НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ ИЛИ ИНЫХ ТРЕБОВАНИЙ ПРИМЕНИМОГО ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВА, BULLFROG И ЕЕ УПОЛНОМОЧЕННЫЕ АГЕНТЫ НЕ НЕСУТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ЗА ЛЮБЫЕ ТЕЛЕСНЫЕ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ, СМЕРТЬ, УЩЕРБ ИМУЩЕСТВУ, УБЫТКИ, ЗАТРАТЫ ИЛИ ДРУГОЙ УЩЕРБ, БУДЬ ТО ПРЯМОЙ, СЛУЧАЙНЫЙ, КОСВЕННЫЙ, СПЕЦИАЛЬНЫЙ ИЛИ ШТРАФНОЙ, ВОЗНИКШИЕ В СВЯЗИ СО СПА, УСЛУГАМИ BULLFROG ИЛИ ЕЕ АГЕНТОВ, ИЛИ ЛЮБЫМ ДЕФЕКТОМ, ПОКРЫВАЕМЫМ НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИЕЙ. ВКЛЮЧАЯ, ПОМИМО ПРОЧЕГО, УТРАТУ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ СПА И РАСХОДЫ НА УДАЛЕНИЕ ДЕФЕКТНОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ, ДАЖЕ ЕСЛИ BULLFROG БЫЛ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕН О ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ТАКОГО УЩЕРБА. LIMITED WARRANTY

X Series for United States and Canada
Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any 2023 model year and later X Series Bullfrog Spas hot tub manufactured on or after February 1, 2023 and installed
for residential use in the United States or Canada.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL STRUCTURE
Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for five years from the original spa purchase date.
ENDURAFRAME™
Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for five years from the original spa purchase date.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE
Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for three years from the original spa purchase date.
EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective
component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels.
Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date.
PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.


WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either
repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or
surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at
Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.

To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

 

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.


LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY,
AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.
DISCLAIMERS EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.


LEGAL RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your country, state, or province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied or statutory warranties or other warranty terms and conditions, so these limitations may not apply to you. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of California or other jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

LIMITED WARRANTY

M Series, A Series & STIL for European Union & United Kingdom Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any M Series, A Series or STIL spa manufactured on or after January 1, 2025 and installed for residential use in European Union and the United Kingdom.


10 YEAR WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™
Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for ten years from the original spa purchase date.
SHELL STRUCTURE
Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for ten years from the original spa purchase date.


7 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE
Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze, wrinkle, blister, peel ordelaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.


5 YEAR WARRANTY

EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.
Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your
authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET and BASE
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against degradation and cracking for five
years from purchase date. 

EnduraBase™ is warranted against degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date. Defective items will be repaired under the terms of this warranty.
JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.
Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship,
unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for 1 year from the original spa purchase date.

2 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as the exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.


OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the Bullfrog spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. In doing so, Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment. If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the dealer for warranty repair must be pre-authorized by the dealer or
Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, excluding any spa returned that is more than three years after its purchase date. If the entire spa is returned to the dealer for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of the Owner. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
 The spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause
the damage.
 Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
 Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, natural disaster or any other external cause), animal, or by any action or omission attributable to you.
 Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
 Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hookup by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build- up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
 Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS NOT SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH
ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF
BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE
OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).


LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this
warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty
shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in
any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of
Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

ОБОРУДОВАНИЕ

Bullfrog предоставляет гарантию на подушки Bullfrog Spa, металлические струйные поверхности и фильтры от дефектов материалов и изготовления на момент поставки.

ГАРАНТИЙНОЕ ИСПОЛНЕНИЕ И УСЛОВИЯ

Bullfrog или его уполномоченный агент (т. е. персонал Bullfrog, ее розничные дилеры или авторизованные сторонние сервисные компании) отремонтируют или заменят любой неисправный или дефектный компонент спа-салона Bullfrog, на который распространяются условия настоящей Ограниченной гарантии и который был приобретен у авторизованного дилера или розничного магазина Bullfrog Spas. Если Bullfrog или его уполномоченный агент решит, что устранение дефекта невозможно, Bullfrog или его уполномоченный агент могут вместо этого предоставить замену спа или компонента, равного по стоимости неисправному спа или компоненту. В случаях, когда замена спа разрешена, Bullfrog попытается заменить спа на спа равной рыночной стоимости. Если вы уполномочены Bullfrog, вам также может быть разрешено
Выберите более дорогой спа-центр, оплатив разницу между рыночной стоимостью вашего первоначального спа-салона на момент покупки и текущей рыночной ценой нового спа-салона на замену.
Владелец несет ответственность за любые нестандартные расходы по демонтажу и замене спа, такие как спа, расположенные в хранилище, спа, расположенные на балконе или палубе, где требуется кран, или ремонт или замена настила. По истечении шести месяцев с даты покупки спа-салона владелец будет нести ответственность за все расходы по удалению и замене дефектного продукта, расходы дилера, расходы на доставку заменяющего продукта и доставку. Bullfrog оставляет за собой право использовать как новые, так и восстановленные компоненты на замену. Любой ремонтный или заменяющий компонент или спа не получает нового или расширенного гарантийного покрытия, а покрывается только в течение оставшейся части гарантийного срока оригинального продукта.
Чтобы получить гарантийное обслуживание, обратитесь к своему официальному дилеру Bullfrog Spas и предоставьте документ, подтверждающий покупку. Требование о подтверждении покупки может быть отменено, если записи Bullfrog или дилера могут подтвердить первоначальную дату покупки спа-салона и то, что вы являетесь первоначальным покупателем. ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЯ

Настоящая ограниченная гарантия Bullfrog Spa недействительна в следующих случаях:
 Спа-салон подвергался изменениям, небрежности, неправильному использованию или неправильному обращению, а также изменениям, которые причинили ущерб.
 Повреждение вызвано ремонтными работами или работами по техническому обслуживанию, которые были предприняты или выполнены кем-либо, кроме уполномоченного агента Bullfrog.

 Повреждение корпуса спа вызвано чрезмерным накоплением тепла из-за того, что спа не был должным образом закрыт водой, когда он пуст или подвергается воздействию прямых солнечных лучей или других погодных условий.
 Повреждение вызвано эксплуатацией спа-салона вне диапазона температур воды 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Повреждение вызвано неправильным обслуживанием химического состава курортной воды или тем, что нерастворенные спа-химикаты лежат на поверхности спа.
 Повреждение вызвано неспособностью установить, обслуживать и эксплуатировать спа-салон в соответствии с рекомендациями, содержащимися в Руководстве пользователя Bullfrog, Руководстве по подготовке к доставке или любых других печатных инструкциях, уведомлении или бюллетене от Bullfrog.
Любое лицо или компания могут выполнять необходимое техническое обслуживание или ремонт на спа-салоне Bullfrog. Тем не менее, любые убытки, причиненные вами или кем-либо, кроме Bullfrog или ее уполномоченных агентов, не покрываются и могут аннулировать настоящую Ограниченную гарантию.

В МАКСИМАЛЬНОЙ СТЕПЕНИ, РАЗРЕШЕННОЙ ПРИМЕНИМЫМ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВОМ, НАСТОЯЩАЯ ОГРАНИЧЕННАЯ ГАРАНТИЯ УСТАНАВЛИВАЕТ ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНУЮ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ И ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВО BULLFROG ЗА ЛЮБЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ИЛИ НЕИСПРАВНОСТИ СПА, А ТАКЖЕ ЗА ЛЮБЫЕ НАРУШЕНИЯ ГАРАНТИИ, И НАСТОЯЩАЯ ОГРАНИЧЕННАЯ ГАРАНТИЯ ЗАМЕНЯЕТ ВСЕ ДРУГИЕ ГАРАНТИИ, УСЛОВИЯ И ДРУГИЕ УСЛОВИЯ, НЕ ИЗЛОЖЕННЫЕ В НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ, КОТОРЫЕ ПРЯМО ИСКЛЮЧЕНЫ. В МАКСИМАЛЬНОЙ СТЕПЕНИ, РАЗРЕШЕННОЙ ПРИМЕНИМЫМ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВОМ, ЛЮБЫЕ ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫЕ ГАРАНТИИ (ТАКИЕ КАК ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫЕ ГАРАНТИИ ТОВАРНОЙ ПРИГОДНОСТИ И ПРИГОДНОСТИ ДЛЯ ОПРЕДЕЛЕННОЙ ЦЕЛИ) ОГРАНИЧИВАЮТСЯ УСТАНОВЛЕННЫМ ЗАКОНОМ ПЕРИОДОМ ИЛИ СРОКОМ ДЕЙСТВИЯ ПРИМЕНИМОЙ ГАРАНТИИ, УКАЗАННЫМ ВЫШЕ, В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ ТОГО, КАКОЙ ИЗ НИХ КОРОЧЕ. СЕРВИСНАЯ КОМПАНИЯ ИЛИ ДРУГАЯ СТОРОНА ИМЕЕТ ПРАВО ИЗМЕНЯТЬ, МОДИФИЦИРОВАТЬ ИЛИ ПРОДЛЕВАТЬ УСЛОВИЯ НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ ЛЮБЫМ СПОСОБОМ. ЭТА ОГРАНИЧЕННАЯ ГАРАНТИЯ ПРЕКРАЩАЕТ СВОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ С МОМЕНТА ПЕРЕДАЧИ ПРАВА СОБСТВЕННОСТИ НА СПА.

НИЧТО В НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ НЕ ИСКЛЮЧАЕТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ BULLFROG ЗА СМЕРТЬ ИЛИ ТЕЛЕСНЫЕ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ, ВЫЗВАННЫЕ НЕБРЕЖНОСТЬЮ, МОШЕННИЧЕСТВОМ ИЛИ НАМЕРЕННЫМ ВВЕДЕНИЕМ В ЗАБЛУЖДЕНИЕ BULLFROG, А ТАКЖЕ ЛЮБУЮ ДРУГУЮ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ, КОТОРАЯ НЕ МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ ИСКЛЮЧЕНА ПО ЗАКОНУ.
ЗА ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕМ СЛУЧАЕВ, УКАЗАННЫХ В НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ ИЛИ ИНЫХ ТРЕБОВАНИЙ ПРИМЕНИМОГО ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВА, BULLFROG И ЕЕ УПОЛНОМОЧЕННЫЕ АГЕНТЫ НЕ НЕСУТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ЗА: (A) ЛЮБЫЕ ТЕЛЕСНЫЕ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ, СМЕРТЬ ИЛИ УЩЕРБ ИМУЩЕСТВУ; ИЛИ (B) ЛЮБЫЕ КОСВЕННЫЕ, СЛУЧАЙНЫЕ, КОСВЕННЫЕ, СПЕЦИАЛЬНЫЕ ИЛИ ШТРАФНЫЕ УБЫТКИ ИЛИ РАСХОДЫ, ВОЗНИКАЮЩИЕ В СВЯЗИ СО СПА, ПРОДУКЦИЕЙ BULLFROG’S ИЛИ ЕЕ АГЕНТОВ
ИЛИ УСЛУГИ, ИЛИ ЛЮБОЙ ДЕФЕКТ, ПОКРЫВАЕМЫЙ НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИЕЙ, ВКЛЮЧАЯ, ПОМИМО ПРОЧЕГО, УТРАТУ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ СПА И ЗАТРАТЫ НА УДАЛЕНИЕ ДЕФЕКТНЫХ ПРОДУКТОВ, ДАЖЕ ЕСЛИ BULLFROG БЫЛ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕН О ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ТАКОГО ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ.
ЗА ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕМ СЛУЧАЕВ, ПРЕДУСМОТРЕННЫХ ЗАКОНОМ, ОБЩАЯ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ BULLFROG И ЕЕ УПОЛНОМОЧЕННЫХ АГЕНТОВ ПЕРЕД ВАМИ ИЛИ ТРЕТЬИМИ ЛИЦАМИ, ВОЗНИКАЮЩАЯ ИЗ ИЛИ В СВЯЗИ С НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИЕЙ, БУДЬ ТО ИЗ ДОГОВОРА, ДЕЛИКТА (ВКЛЮЧАЯ НЕБРЕЖНОСТЬ), НАРУШЕНИЯ УСТАНОВЛЕННЫХ ЗАКОНОМ ОБЯЗАННОСТЕЙ ИЛИ ИНЫМ ОБРАЗОМ, НЕ ДОЛЖНА ПРЕВЫШАТЬ ПЕРВОНАЧАЛЬНУЮ СУММУ, УПЛАЧЕННУЮ ВАМИ ЗА ДЕФЕКТНУЮ ГАРАНТИЮ
ПРОДУКТ. ПОКРЫТИЕ ПО НАСТОЯЩЕЙ ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ГАРАНТИИ НАЧИНАЕТСЯ С ДАТЫ ПОКУПКИ И НЕ РАСПРОСТРАНЯЕТСЯ НИ ПО КАКОЙ ПРИЧИНЕ НА УКАЗАННЫЙ ПЕРИОД ВРЕМЕНИ.

ЗАКОННЫЕ ПРАВА ПОТРЕБИТЕЛЕЙ

Следующее положение применимо только в том случае, если вы квалифицируетесь как потребитель. Настоящая Ограниченная гарантия предоставляет вам определенные юридические права в дополнение к вашим законным правам в соответствии с применимыми законами о защите прав потребителей. Эти законные права могут варьироваться в зависимости от законодательства вашей страны проживания и не затрагиваются данной гарантией.
В некоторых юрисдикциях не допускаются ограничения или исключения в отношении определенных подразумеваемых условий и положений, а также обязательств. Недействительность

Если компетентный суд или административный орган сочтет, что какое-либо положение настоящей Ограниченной гарантии является недействительным, незаконным или не имеющим законной силы, оно будет исключено из гарантии, а остальная часть настоящей Ограниченной гарантии останется в силе.

Задание

Вы не имеете права переуступать, передавать, закладывать, обременять, передавать в субподряд, делегировать, заявлять о доверительном управлении или иным образом распоряжаться любыми своими правами и обязанностями по настоящей Ограниченной гарантии.

РЕГУЛИРУЮЩЕЕ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВО И ЮРИСДИКЦИЯ

Настоящая Ограниченная гарантия и любые внедоговорные обязательства, возникающие из настоящей Ограниченной гарантии или связанные с ней, регулируются и толкуются в соответствии с законодательством Нидерландов без ущерба для любых прав, которые вы можете иметь в соответствии с применимыми обязательными законами. Bullfrog warrants the spa lighting system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa which are deemed easily removed components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.

Audio System

Bullfrog warrants Audio Systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

Ozone System

Bullfrog warrants the ozone system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

  • Warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system (including fuses), SnapCaps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment, and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
  • Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.
  • Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are deemed Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, the ozone purifier system, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

EternaWood Cabinet

  • Warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.
  • EternaWood Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) & EnduraBase™ are warranted against degredation and cracking for five years from purchase date. Deffective items will be replaced under the terms of this warranty.

JetPak Therapy System

  • Warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and all JetPak plumbing.
  • JetPak plumbing System warranted for five years from purchase date.
  • Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks is guaranteed for a minimum of one year. (Color availability beyond one year is dependent upon market demand and availability of color to Bullfrog.)

Lighting System

Bullfrog warrants the Interior and Exterior Spa Lighting System against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa, such as the exterior LED bulb (including sconce), which are deemed Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.

Audio System

Bullfrog warrants Audio Systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

Ozone System

Bullfrog warrants the ozone system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
