M Series, A Series & STIL for United States and Canada

Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any 2023 model year and later M Series, A Series or STIL Bullfrog Spas hot tub manufactured on or after February 1, 2023 and installed for residential use in the United States or Canada.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™

Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for the life of the original retail purchaser of the spa.

10 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL STRUCTURE

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for ten years from the original spa purchase date.

7 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE

Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

EQUIPMENT

This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.

Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.

Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

SPA CABINET and BASE

This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
The JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.

Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
Bullfrog’s Lifetime warranties last for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser of the spa. If the original retail purchaser is a company or entity rather than a natural person (e.g., corporation, limited liability company, family trust, etc.), “life of the original retail purchaser” shall mean ten years.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F – 110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide. Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY, AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.

DISCLAIMERS

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

LEGAL RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your country, state, or province. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied or statutory warranties or other warranty terms and conditions, so these limitations may not apply to you. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of California or other
jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

As Swim Series spas are large and often require complex and/or expensive installation methods and accommodations, all reasonable efforts will be made to repair or replace components on site where the spa is installed. If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that onsite repair of the defect or replacement of components is not feasible due to limitations created by the spa installation location, we reserve the right to require removal of the spa from its installation location to ensure safe technician access. In such an event, costs for moving the spa to a workable location and reinstallation of the spa after repairs will be the sole responsibility of Owner, including any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete. In the rare case that a replacement spa is required to adequately address the defect or malfunction, Owner will be solely responsible for removal costs, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery costs to the installation location.

Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for three years from the original spa purchase date.
EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective
component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels.
Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date.
PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship through time of delivery.


WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third-party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either
repair or replace a defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access for spa repairs and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment or spa plumbing. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or
surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at
Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.

To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

 

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
▪ The spa has been subject to neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
▪ Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
▪ Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, hail, etc.) or any other cause beyond the control of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
▪ Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
▪ Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build-up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
▪ Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
▪ Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.


LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP. BULLFROG MAY,
AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (SPA OR A COMPONENT). IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.
DISCLAIMERS EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS, COST OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your

JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.
Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF
BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE
OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty
shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in
any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of
Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the Bullfrog spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. In doing so, Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment.
If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to
choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the dealer for warranty repair must be pre-authorized by the dealer or  Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, excluding any spa returned that is more than three years after its purchase date. If the entire spa is returned to the dealer for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of the Owner. To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
 The spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
 Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
 Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, natural disaster or any other external cause), animal, or by any action or omission attributable to you.
 Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
 Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hookup by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build- up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
 Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
 Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS NOT SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

M Series, A Series & STIL for United States and Canada

Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any 2023 model year and later M Series, A Series or STIL Bullfrog Spas hot tub manufactured on or after February 1, 2023 and installed for residential use in the United States or Canada.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™

Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for the life of the original retail purchaser of the spa.

10 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL STRUCTURE

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for ten years from the original spa purchase date.

7 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE

Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for seven years from the original spa purchase date.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

EQUIPMENT

This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.

Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from purchase date.

Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as “Easily Removed Components,” will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and the interior and exterior spa lighting systems.

SPA CABINET and BASE

This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.

Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against material degradation and cracking for five years from purchase date.

JETPAK THERAPY SYSTEM®
This warranty specifically covers the jets, any leaks from JetPak jet fittings, and the JetPak manifold system.
The JetPak manifold system is warranted for five years from purchase date.

Color availability on replacement and aftermarket JetPaks may vary and will depend upon market demand and availability of the color to Bullfrog.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for three years from the original spa purchase date.

Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. When warranty service requires removal of the spa, Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as for spas located in a vault, spas located on an upper deck where a crane is required, or repair or replacement of decking or surrounding stone or concrete.
If a replacement spa or component is provided by Bullfrog, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, mileage charges, shipping costs of the replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after seven years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to Bullfrog for repair at Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
Bullfrog’s Lifetime warranties last for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser of the spa. If the original retail purchaser is a company or entity rather than a natural person (e.g., corporation, limited liability company, family trust, etc.), “life of the original retail purchaser” shall mean ten years.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or Bullfrog and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the factory for warranty repair must be preauthorized by Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, except that Owner is responsible for all shipping charges for any spa returned for repairs more than seven years after its purchase date. When the entire spa is sent to the factory for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of Owner. Repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:

▪ Damage is caused by failure to provide a proper spa foundation as described in the Pre-Delivery Guide. Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. IF THE SPA NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE REPLACEMENT SPA IS GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL SPA’S MARKET PRICE, OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER PAY AN UPGRADE FEE OR CHOOSE A REPLACEMENT SPA COMPARABLE TO THE MARKET PRICE OF THE ORIGINAL SPA AT THE TIME OF ITS PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY TO ALL REPAIRED AND REPLACEMENT SPAS AND COMPONENTS AND WILL NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY REASON.

OSTALA JAMSTVA

Bullfrog jamči za jastuke Bullfrog Spa, metalne mlazne površine, sidra za dodatnu opremu, skimeri, obloge za sjedala i podove te filtere protiv nedostataka u materijalu i izradi tijekom vremena isporuke.

JAMSTVO PERFORMANSE i UVJETI

Bullfrog ili njegov ovlašteni zastupnik (tj. osoblje Bullfroga, njegovih maloprodajnih trgovaca ili ovlaštenih servisnih tvrtki trećih strana) popravit će ili zamijeniti bilo koju neispravnu ili neispravnu komponentu na toplicama koja je pokrivena uvjetima ovog Ograničenog jamstva i kupljena je od ovlaštenog prodavača Bullfrog Spas ili maloprodajne trgovine. Bullfrog zadržava pravo, po vlastitom izboru, popraviti ili zamijeniti neispravne toplice ili komponente. Vlasnik je dužan održavati jasan pristup za popravke toplica i odgovoran je za sve nestandardne troškove pristupa spa opremi ili spa vodovodu.
Ako Bullfrog osigura zamjenski spa ili komponentu, vlasnik će biti odgovoran za sve troškove uklanjanja i zamjene neispravnog proizvoda, troškove kilometraže, troškove dostave zamjenskog proizvoda i isporuku. U slučaju kvara konstrukcije ili okvira nakon sedam godina od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica, neispravan spa mora se poslati tvrtki Bullfrog na popravak o trošku vlasnika. U nekim situacijama serviser ili Bullfrog mogu vlasniku naplatiti razumnu naknadu za uslugu.
Budući da su toplice serije Swim velike i često zahtijevaju složene i/ili skupe metode ugradnje i smještaja, uložit će se svi razumni napori za popravak ili zamjenu komponenti na mjestu gdje je toplice instalirano. Ako Bullfrog ili njegov ovlašteni zastupnik utvrdi da popravak kvara na licu mjesta ili zamjena komponenti nije izvediva zbog ograničenja stvorenih mjestom ugradnje toplica, zadržavamo pravo zahtijevati uklanjanje toplica s mjesta ugradnje kako bismo osigurali siguran pristup tehničaru. U tom slučaju, troškovi premještanja toplica na radno mjesto i ponovna instalacija toplica nakon popravaka bit će isključiva odgovornost Vlasnika, uključujući sve nestandardne troškove uklanjanja i zamjene toplica, kao što su toplice smještene u trezoru, toplice smještene na gornjoj palubi gdje je potrebna dizalica ili popravak ili zamjena podova ili okolnog kamena ili betona. U rijetkim slučajevima kada je zamjenski spa potreban za adekvatno rješavanje kvara ili kvara, vlasnik će biti isključivo odgovoran za troškove uklanjanja, troškove dostave zamjenskog proizvoda i troškove isporuke na mjesto instalacije.
Bullfrog zadržava pravo korištenja novih ili obnovljenih zamjenskih komponenti. Bilo koja komponenta za popravak ili zamjenu ili spa ne dobiva novo ili produženo jamstvo, već je pokriveno samo preostalim dijelom jamstvenog roka originalnog proizvoda.
Bullfrogova doživotna jamstva traju tijekom životnog vijeka izvornog maloprodajnog kupca toplica. Ako je izvorni mali kupac tvrtka ili subjekt, a ne fizička osoba (npr. korporacija, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću, obiteljski trust itd.), “životni vijek izvornog maloprodajnog kupca” znači deset godina.
Da biste dobili jamstveni servis, obratite se ovlaštenom prodavaču Bullfrog Spas ili Bullfrog i dostavite dokaz o kupnji. Zahtjev za dokaz o kupnji može se odustati ako evidencija Bullfroga ili trgovca može potvrditi izvorni datum kupnje toplica i da ste vi izvorni kupac. Bilo koji neispravan spa ili komponenta poslana izravno u tvornicu na jamstveni popravak mora biti unaprijed odobrena od strane Bullfroga i mora biti unaprijed plaćena za prijevoz. Povratnu vozarinu platit će Bullfrog za sve komponente i toplice s jamstvom, osim što je vlasnik odgovoran za sve troškove dostave za bilo koje lječilište vraćeno na popravak više od sedam godina nakon datuma kupnje. Kada se cijelo lječilište pošalje u tvornicu na popravak, svi troškovi uklanjanja i ponovne ugradnje toplica na lokaciji vlasnika bit će odgovornost vlasnika. ISKLJUČENJA

Ovo ograničeno jamstvo Bullfrog Spa nevažeće je u sljedećim okolnostima:
▪ Toplice su bile podvrgnute zanemarivanju, zlouporabi ili zloupotrebi ili izmjenama koje uzrokuju štetu.

▪ Oštećenje školjke toplica uzrokovano je prekomjernim nakupljanjem topline zbog nepravilnog pokrivanja toplica kada je prazno ili izloženo izravnoj sunčevoj svjetlosti ili drugim vremenskim uvjetima.
▪ Oštećenja nastaju radom toplica izvan raspona temperature vode od 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).

▪ Šteta je uzrokovana neuspjehom u instaliranju, održavanju i radu toplica u skladu s preporukama sadržanim u Korisničkom priručniku za Bullfrog, Vodiču prije isporuke ili bilo kojim drugim tiskanim uputama, obavijesti ili biltenu tvrtke Bullfrog.
▪ Šteta je uzrokovana neosiguravanjem odgovarajuće spa podloge kako je opisano u Vodiču prije isporuke.

Svaka osoba ili tvrtka može obavljati potrebno održavanje ili popravke na Bullfrog spa centaru. Međutim, bilo kakva šteta koju ste prouzročili vi ili bilo tko drugi osim Bullfroga ili njegovih ovlaštenih zastupnika nije pokrivena i može poništiti ovo ograničeno jamstvo.

OSIM KAKO JE NAVEDENO U OVOM OGRANIČENOM JAMSTVU ILI NA DRUGI NAČIN PROPISANO VAŽEĆIM ZAKONOM, BULLFROG I NJEGOVI OVLAŠTENI AGENTI NEĆE BITI ODGOVORNI ZA BILO KAKVE OSOBNE OZLJEDE, SMRT, ŠTETU NA IMOVINI, GUBITAK, TROŠKOVE ILI DRUGU ŠTETU, BILO IZRAVNU, SLUČAJNU, POSLJEDIČNU, POSEBNU ILI KAZNENU, KOJA PROIZLAZI IZ SPA CENTARA, USLUGA BULLFROGA ILI NJEGOVIH AGENATA, ILI BILO KOJI NEDOSTATAK POKRIVEN OVIM OGRANIČENIM JAMSTVOM, UKLJUČUJUĆI, BEZ OGRANIČENJA, GUBITAK KORIŠTENJA TOPLICA I TROŠKOVE UKLANJANJA NEISPRAVNIH PROIZVODA, ČAK I AKO JE BULLFROG OBAVIJEŠTEN O MOGUĆNOSTI TAKVE ŠTETE. OSIM AKO TO ZAHTIJEVA ZAKON, UKUPNA ODGOVORNOST BULLFROGA I NJEGOVIH OVLAŠTENIH ZASTUPNIKA PREMA VAMA ILI TREĆIM STRANAMA NEĆE PREMAŠITI IZVORNI IZNOS PLAĆEN ZA NEISPRAVAN PROIZVOD.

3 GODINE JAMSTVA

POVRŠINA ŠKOLJKE
Bullfrog jamči da površinska obrada Bullfrog Spa neće puknuti, poludjeti, naborati, oguliti se ili raslojiti tri godine od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica.
OPREMA
Ovo jamstvo posebno pokriva pumpu(e), grijač, upravljački sustav, FilterCap™, drugu Bullfrog mehaničku opremu (isključujući bilo koju opremu navedenu u drugim odjeljcima) i curenje iz bilo koje komponente ili vodovodne armature koja se nalazi ispod školjke lječilišta.

JAMSTVO PERFORMANSE i UVJETI

OSIM AKO TO ZAHTIJEVA ZAKON, UKUPNA ODGOVORNOST BULLFROGA I NJEGOVIH OVLAŠTENIH ZASTUPNIKA PREMA VAMA ILI TREĆIM STRANAMA NEĆE PREMAŠITI IZVORNI IZNOS PLAĆEN ZA
NEISPRAVAN PROIZVOD.

5 GODINA JAMSTVA

OPREMA
Ovo jamstvo posebno pokriva pumpu(e), grijač, upravljački sustav, Snap Caps™, FilterCap™, drugu Bullfrog mehaničku opremu (isključujući bilo koju opremu navedenu u drugim odjeljcima) i curenje iz bilo koje komponente ili vodovodne armature koja se nalazi ispod školjke lječilišta.

SPA ORMAR i POSTOLJE
Ovo jamstvo posebno pokriva kutove ormarića, vrata i bočne ploče te oblikovanu bazu toplica.

Dijelovi ormarića (uglovi, vrata, bočne ploče) imaju jamstvo protiv propadanja i pucanja za pet
godina od datuma kupnje.

EnduraBase™ ima jamstvo protiv razgradnje i pucanja pet godina od datuma kupnje. Neispravni predmeti bit će popravljeni pod uvjetima ovog jamstva.
JETPAK TERAPIJSKI SUSTAV®
Ovo jamstvo posebno pokriva mlaznice, sva curenja iz JetPak mlaznica i JetPak sustav razdjelnika.
JetPak sustav razdjelnika ima jamstvo pet godina od datuma kupnje.
Dostupnost boja na zamjenskim i naknadnim JetPakovima može varirati i ovisit će o potražnji tržišta i dostupnosti boje za Bullfrog.

Bullfrog jamči za unutarnje i vanjske spa rasvjetne sustave protiv nedostataka u materijalu i izradi dvije godine od originalnog datuma kupnje toplica. Komponente rasvjete koje se lako uklanjaju, kao što su vanjska svjetla, bit će besplatno popravljene ili zamijenjene kod vašeg ovlaštenog prodavača Bullfrog Spa.
AUDIO SUSTAVI
Bullfrog jamči za audio sustave protiv nedostataka u materijalu i izradi dvije godine od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica.
SUSTAVI ZA NJEGU VODE
Bullfrog jamči za sustave za njegu vode protiv nedostataka u materijalu i izradi dvije godine od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica.


OSTALA JAMSTVA

Bullfrog jamči za jastuke, metalne mlazne površine i filtere Bullfrog Spa protiv nedostataka u materijalu i izradi u trenutku isporuke.

JAMSTVO PERFORMANSE i UVJETI

Bullfrog ili njegov ovlašteni zastupnik (tj. osoblje Bullfroga, njegovih maloprodajnih trgovaca ili ovlaštenih servisnih tvrtki trećih strana) popravit će ili zamijeniti bilo koju neispravnu ili neispravnu komponentu na Bullfrog spa centru koja je pokrivena uvjetima ovog Ograničenog jamstva i kupljena je od ovlaštenog prodavača Bullfrog Spas ili maloprodaje. Pritom Bullfrog zadržava pravo, po vlastitom izboru, popraviti ili zamijeniti neispravne toplice ili komponente. Vlasnik je dužan održavati jasan pristup spa opremi i odgovoran je za sve nestandardne troškove pristupa spa opremi. Ako Bullfrog ili njegov ovlašteni zastupnik utvrdi da popravak kvara nije izvediv, Bullfrog ili njegov ovlašteni zastupnik može umjesto toga osigurati zamjenski spa ili komponentu jednake vrijednosti neispravnom spa ili komponenti. U slučajevima kada je odobreno zamjensko lječilice, Bullfrog će pokušati zamijeniti toplice onim jednake tržišne vrijednosti. Ako to odobri Bullfrog, također vam može biti dopušteno da odaberete toplice s višom cijenom plaćanjem razlike između tržišne vrijednosti vašeg izvornog toplica u trenutku kupnje i trenutne tržišne cijene novog zamjenskog toplica.
Vlasnik će biti odgovoran za sve nestandardne troškove uklanjanja i zamjene toplica, kao što su toplice smještene u trezoru, toplice smještene na balkonu ili palubi gdje je potrebna dizalica ili popravak ili zamjena brodskih podova. Nakon šest mjeseci od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica, vlasnik će biti odgovoran za sve troškove uklanjanja i zamjene neispravnog proizvoda, troškove kilometraže trgovca, troškove dostave zamjenskog proizvoda i isporuku. U slučaju kvara konstrukcije ili okvira nakon tri godine od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica, neispravan spa mora se poslati vašem ovlaštenom prodavaču Bullfrog Spa na popravak o trošku vlasnika. U nekim situacijama serviser ili Bullfrog mogu
naplatiti vlasniku razumnu naknadu za uslugu.
Bullfrog zadržava pravo korištenja novih ili obnovljenih zamjenskih komponenti. Bilo koja komponenta za popravak ili zamjenu ili spa ne dobiva novo ili produženo jamstvo, već je pokriveno samo preostalim dijelom jamstvenog roka originalnog proizvoda.
Da biste dobili jamstveni servis, obratite se ovlaštenom prodavaču Bullfrog Spas i dostavite dokaz o kupnji. Zahtjev za dokaz o kupnji može se odustati ako evidencija Bullfroga ili trgovca može potvrditi izvorni datum kupnje toplica i da ste vi izvorni kupac. Svaka neispravna lječilište ili komponenta poslana izravno prodavaču na jamstveni popravak mora biti prethodno odobrena od strane prodavača ili
Bullfrog i mora biti unaprijed plaćen teret. Bullfrog će platiti povratnu vozarinu za sve komponente i toplice s jamstvom, isključujući sve vraćene toplice koje su prošle više od tri godine nakon datuma kupnje. Ako se cijelo lječilište vrati prodavaču na popravak, svi troškovi uklanjanja i ponovne ugradnje toplica na lokaciji vlasnika bit će odgovornost vlasnika. U najvećoj mjeri dopuštenoj primjenjivim zakonom, popravak ili zamjena, kao što je gore opisano, bit će isključiva odgovornost Bullfroga i vaš jedini i isključivi pravni lijek za bilo kakvo kršenje ovog Ograničenog jamstva.

ISKLJUČENJA

Ovo ograničeno jamstvo Bullfrog Spa nevažeće je u sljedećim okolnostima:
 Toplice su bile podvrgnute izmjenama, zanemarivanju, zlouporabi ili zlouporabi ili izmjenama koje uzrokuju
šteta.

 Šteta je uzrokovana dodavanjem ili uporabom bilo koje neodobrene mehaničke ili električne komponente ili kemijske tvari.
 Šteta je uzrokovana transportom, premještanjem, pogrešnim rukovanjem, nepravilnom instalacijom ili električnim priključkom od strane nekoga tko nije ovlašteni zastupnik tvrtke Bullfrog.
 Oštećenje školjke lječilišta uzrokovano je prekomjernim nakupljanjem topline zbog nepravilnog pokrivanja lječilišta kada nema vode ili je izloženo izravnoj sunčevoj svjetlosti ili drugim vremenskim uvjetima.
 Oštećenja nastaju radom toplica izvan raspona temperature vode od 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Šteta je uzrokovana nepravilnim održavanjem kemijske vode u toplicama ili ostavljanjem neotopljenih kemikalija na površini toplica.
 Šteta je uzrokovana neinstaliranjem, održavanjem i rukovanjem toplica u skladu s preporukama sadržanim u Bullfrog Korisničkom priručniku, Vodiču prije isporuke ili bilo kojim drugim tiskanim uputama, obavijesti ili biltenu tvrtke Bullfrog.
Svaka osoba ili tvrtka može obavljati potrebno održavanje ili popravke na Bullfrog spa centaru. Međutim, bilo kakva šteta koju ste prouzročili vi ili bilo tko drugi osim Bullfroga ili njegovih ovlaštenih zastupnika nije pokrivena i može poništiti ovo ograničeno jamstvo.

U NAJVEĆOJ MJERI DOPUŠTENOJ VAŽEĆIM ZAKONOM, OVO OGRANIČENO JAMSTVO NAVODI ISKLJUČIVU ODGOVORNOST I OBVEZU BULLFROGA ZA BILO KAKVE PROBLEME ILI KVAROVE U TOPLICAMA I ZA BILO KAKVO KRŠENJE JAMSTVA, A OVO OGRANIČENO JAMSTVO ZAMJENJUJE SVA DRUGA JAMSTVA, UVJETE I DRUGE UVJETE KOJI NISU NAVEDENI U OVOM OGRANIČENOM JAMSTVU, ŠTO
IZRIČITO ISKLJUČENI. U NAJVEĆOJ MJERI DOPUŠTENOJ PRIMJENJIVIM ZAKONOM, SVA IMPLICIRANA JAMSTVA (KAO ŠTO SU IMPLICIRANA JAMSTVA UTRŽIVOSTI I PRIKLADNOSTI ZA ODREĐENU SVRHU) OGRANIČENA SU NA ZAKONSKO RAZDOBLJE ILI TRAJANJE PRIMJENJIVOG JAMSTVA NAVEDENOG GORE, OVISNO O TOME ŠTO JE KRAĆE. NEMA ZASTUPNIKA, TRGOVCA, DISTRIBUTERA,
SERVISNA TVRTKA ILI DRUGA STRANA OVLAŠTENA JE MIJENJATI, MODIFICIRATI ILI PRODUŽITI UVJETE OVOG OGRANIČENOG JAMSTVA NA BILO KOJI NAČIN. OVO OGRANIČENO JAMSTVO PRESTAJE PRIJENOSOM VLASNIŠTVA NAD TOPLICAMA.
ODRICANJA
NIŠTA U OVOM OGRANIČENOM JAMSTVU NE ISKLJUČUJE ODGOVORNOST BULLFROGA ZA SMRT ILI TJELESNE OZLJEDE UZROKOVANE BULLFROGOVIM NEMAROM, PRIJEVAROM ILI LAŽNIM PREDSTAVLJANJEM, KAO I BILO KOJU DRUGU ODGOVORNOST KOJA SE NE MOŽE ISKLJUČITI ZAKONOM. OSIM KAKO JE NAVEDENO U OVOM OGRANIČENOM JAMSTVU ILI NA DRUGI NAČIN PROPISANO VAŽEĆIM ZAKONOM, BULLFROG I NJEGOVI OVLAŠTENI AGENTI NEĆE BITI ODGOVORNI ZA: (A) BILO KAKVE OSOBNE OZLJEDE,
SMRT ILI MATERIJALNA ŠTETA; ILI (B) BILO KAKVE NEIZRAVNE, SLUČAJNE, POSLJEDIČNE, POSEBNE ILI KAZNENE, GUBITKE ILI TROŠKOVE KOJI PROIZLAZE IZ TOPLICA, PROIZVODA ILI USLUGA BULLFROG-A ILI NJEGOVIH AGENATA, ILI BILO KOJEG NEDOSTATKA OBUHVAĆENOG OVIM OGRANIČENIM JAMSTVOM, UKLJUČUJUĆI, BEZ OGRANIČENJA, GUBITAK KORIŠTENJA SPA CENTRA I TROŠKOVE UKLANJANJA NEISPRAVNIH PROIZVODA, ČAK I AKO
BULLFROG JE OBAVIJEŠTEN O MOGUĆNOSTI TAKVE ŠTETE. OSIM AKO TO ZAHTIJEVA ZAKON, UKUPNA ODGOVORNOST BULLFROGA I NJEGOVIH OVLAŠTENIH ZASTUPNIKA PREMA VAMA ILI TREĆIM STRANAMA KOJA PROIZLAZI IZ ILI U VEZI S OVIM OGRANIČENIM JAMSTVOM, BILO DA PROIZLAZI IZ UGOVORA, DELIKTA (UKLJUČUJUĆI NEMAR), KRŠENJA ZAKONSKE DUŽNOSTI ILI NA DRUGI NAČIN NEĆE PREMAŠITI IZVORNI IZNOS KOJI STE PLATILI ZA NEISPRAVAN PROIZVOD. POKRIĆE PREMA OVOM OGRANIČENOM JAMSTVU POČINJE IZVORNOG DATUMA
KUPNJE I NEĆE SE IZ BILO KOJEG RAZLOGA PRODUŽITI IZVAN NAVEDENOG VREMENSKOG RAZDOBLJA.


ZAKONSKA PRAVA POTROŠAČI

Invalidnost

Ako nadležni sud ili upravno tijelo utvrdi da je bilo koja odredba ovog ograničenog jamstva nevažeća, nezakonita ili neprovediva, bit će isključena iz jamstva i ostatka ovog ograničenog jamstva
ostaju nepromijenjene i na snazi.

Zadatak

Ne smijete dodijeliti, prenijeti, staviti pod hipoteku, naplatiti, podugovarati, delegirati, proglasiti povjerenje ili trgovati
na bilo koji drugi način s bilo kojim vašim pravima i obvezama prema ovom Ograničenom jamstvu.


MJERODAVNO PRAVO I NADLEŽNOST


Ovo Ograničeno jamstvo i sve izvanugovorne obveze koje proizlaze iz ili su povezane s ovim Ograničenim jamstvom uređuju se i tumače prema nizozemskom zakonu, ne dovodeći u pitanje bilo kakva prava koja možete imati prema važećim obveznim zakonima. Vi i Bullfrog neopozivo se slažete da će sud
Amsterdam ima isključivu nadležnost za rješavanje bilo kojeg spora (bilo ugovornog ili izvanugovornog) koji proizlazi iz ili u vezi s ovim Ograničenim jamstvom, uključujući njegovo postojanje, valjanost ili raskid, osim ako vam obvezni primjenjivi zakoni ne daju pravo da se odlučite za rješavanje sporova pred sudom koji bi inače bio nadležan prema primjenjivom zakonu.

LIMITED WARRANTY

X Series for European Union & United Kingdom Bullfrog International, LC (“Bullfrog” or “we”) extends the following coverage under this Limited Warranty
solely to the original end-user purchaser (“Owner” or “you”) of any X Series manufactured on or after January 1, 2025 and installed for residential use in European Union and the United Kingdom.

5 YEAR WARRANTY

ENDURAFRAME™
Bullfrog warrants the EnduraFrame (injection-molded spa frame) against degradation for five years from the original spa purchase date.
SHELL STRUCTURE
Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa shell will not leak for five years from the original spa purchase
date.

3 YEAR WARRANTY

SHELL SURFACE
Bullfrog warrants the surface finish of the Bullfrog Spa will not crack, craze, wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for three years from the original spa purchase date.
EQUIPMENT
This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, control system, FilterCap™, other Bullfrog mechanical equipment (excluding any equipment listed in other sections), and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell.
Electrical and mechanical equipment with its associated piping and fittings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase date.
Defective components that are easily removed from the spa and that can be readily replaced by the customer and do not require specialized tools or knowledge or create personal safety issues, all of which are referred to as Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your
authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer. This warranty excludes audio systems, water care systems, and interior and exterior spa lighting systems.
SPA CABINET and BASE
This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels, and the molded spa base.
Cabinet sections (corners, doors, side panels) are warranted against degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date.
EnduraBase™ is warranted against degradation and cracking for three years from purchase date. Defective items will be repaired under the terms of this warranty.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

PATIO PERFORMANCE™ SPA COVER
Bullfrog warrants the Patio Performance spa cover against defects in materials or workmanship, unless determined to be normal fading or wear, for 1 year from the original spa purchase date.

2 YEAR WARRANTY

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants the interior and exterior spa lighting systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date. Lighting components that are Easily Removed Components, such as the exterior sconce lights, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants audio systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.
WATER CARE SYSTEMS
Bullfrog warrants water care systems against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original spa purchase date.

OTHER WARRANTIES

Bullfrog warrants the Bullfrog Spa pillows, metal jet faces, and filters against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY PERFORMANCE and TERMS

Bullfrog or its authorized agent (i.e., personnel of Bullfrog, its retail dealers, or its authorized third party service companies) will repair or replace any malfunctioning or defective component on the Bullfrog spa that is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty and was purchased from an authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer or retail store. In doing so, Bullfrog reserves the right, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective spa or component. Owner is required to maintain clear access to the spa equipment bay and is responsible for any non-standard costs of accessing spa equipment.
If Bullfrog or its authorized agent determines that repairing the defect is not feasible, Bullfrog or its authorized agent may instead provide a replacement spa or component equal in value to the defective spa or component. In cases where a replacement spa is authorized, Bullfrog will attempt to replace the spa with one of equal market value. If authorized by Bullfrog, you may also be allowed to
choose a higher-priced spa by paying the difference between the market value of your original spa at the time of purchase and the current market price of the new replacement spa.
Owner will be responsible for any non-standard costs of spa removal and replacement, such as spas located in a vault, spas located on a balcony or deck where a crane is required, or decking repair or replacement. After six months from the original spa purchase date, Owner will be responsible for all costs for removal and replacement of the defective product, dealer mileage charges, shipping costs of replacement product, and delivery. In the event of a structure or frame failure after three years from the original spa purchase date, the defective spa must be sent to your authorized Bullfrog Spa dealer for repair at the Owner’s expense. In some situations, the servicing dealer or Bullfrog may
charge Owner a reasonable service fee.
Bullfrog reserves the right to use either new or reconditioned replacement components. Any repair or replacement component or spa does not receive new or extended warranty coverage but is covered only under the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty term.
To obtain warranty service, contact your authorized Bullfrog Spas dealer and submit proof of purchase. The proof of purchase requirement may be waived if Bullfrog’s or the dealer’s records can confirm the original spa purchase date and that you are the original purchaser. Any defective spa or component sent directly to the dealer for warranty repair must be pre-authorized by the dealer or  Bullfrog and must be freight prepaid. Return freight will be paid by Bullfrog on all warranted components and spas, excluding any spa returned that is more than three years after its purchase date. If the entire spa is returned to the dealer for repair, all costs of removing and re-installing the spa at Owner’s location will be the responsibility of the Owner. To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, repair or replacement, as described above, shall be Bullfrog’s sole liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This Bullfrog Spa Limited Warranty is void in the following circumstances:
 The spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, or to alterations that cause the damage.
 Damage is caused by repair or maintenance work that has been attempted or done by anyone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 The spa has been used in a non-residential or commercial location (including where a spa may be used by multiple residents of an apartment or townhome complex) or in any way for which it was not designed.
 Damage is caused by an act of God (fire, earthquake, natural disaster or any other external cause), animal, or by any action or omission attributable to you.
 Damage is caused by the addition or use of any non-approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance.
 Damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hookup by someone other than an authorized agent of Bullfrog.
 Damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat build- up due to failure to properly cover the spa when it is empty of water or exposed to direct sunlight or other weather conditions.
 Damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 40°F-110°F (4°C-43°C).
 Damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface.
 Damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Bullfrog Owner’s Manual, Pre-Delivery Guide or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Bullfrog.
Any person or company may perform necessary maintenance or repairs on a Bullfrog spa. However, any damages caused by you or anyone other than Bullfrog or its authorized agents are not covered and may void this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATIONS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES BULLFROG’S SOLE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION FOR ANY SPA PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS AND FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACHES AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS NOT SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (SUCH AS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE STATUTORY PERIOD OR THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. NO AGENT, DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR,
SERVICE COMPANY OR OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR EXTEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TERMINATES UPON TRANSFER OF SPA OWNERSHIP.

DISCLAIMERS

NOTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES BULLFROG’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BULLFROG’S NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW,BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF THE SPAS, BULLFROG’S OR ITS AGENTS’ PRODUCTS
OR SERVICES, OR ANY DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE OF THE SPA AND COST FOR REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BULLFROG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BULLFROG AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT. COVERAGE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL COMMENCE ON THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT EXTEND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE STATED TIME PERIOD(S).

LEGAL RIGHTS CONSUMERS

The following applies only if you qualify as a consumer. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights may vary depending on the laws of your country of residence and are not affected by this warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on, or exclusions of, certain implied terms and conditions, or liabilities. In those cases, this Limited Warranty does not affect, limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form will help protect your warranty rights. Registration requirements do not apply to residents of jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

GENERAL

Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not party to this Limited Warranty may not enforce any term of this Limited Warranty under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Invalidity

If a competent court or administrative body finds that any provision of this Limited Warranty is invalid illegal or unenforceable, it will be excluded from the warranty and the rest of this Limited Warranty shall remain unaffected and in force.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this Limited Warranty. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Limited Warranty, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with this Limited Warranty, is governed by and construed under Dutch law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws. You and Bullfrog irrevocably agree that the court of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty, including as to its existence, validity or termination, unless mandatory applicable laws grant you the right to opt for dispute resolution by a court that would otherwise have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

Ozonski sustav

Bullfrog jamči za ozonski sustav protiv nedostataka u materijalu i izradi godinu dana od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica.

Površina ljuske

Bullfrog jamči da površinska obrada Bullfrog Spa neće puknuti, naborati, mjehurići, ljuštiti se ili raslojiti tri godine od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica.

Vodovod

Bullfrog jamči da mlazni priključci, unutarnji vodovod, odvodi i crijeva ne propuštaju tri godine od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica.

Kabinet

Bullfrog jamči kutove ormarića, vrata i bočne ploče protiv degradacije i pucanja tri godine od izvornog datuma kupnje toplica. Površinske mrlje i blijeđenje nisu pokriveni uvjetima ovog jamstva.

Oprema

Jamstvo posebno pokriva pumpu(e), grijač, upravljački sustav (uključujući osigurače), FilterCap™, drugu Bullfrog mehaničku opremu.

Neispravne komponente koje se lako uklanjaju iz toplica i koje kupac može lako zamijeniti i ne zahtijevaju specijalizirane alate ili znanje ili stvaraju probleme s osobnom sigurnošću, a sve se smatra da se komponente lako uklanjaju, bit će popravljene ili zamijenjene besplatno kod vašeg ovlaštenog prodavača Bullfrog Spa ili slanjem neispravnih komponenti Bullfrogu. Bullfrog jamči za Patio Performance spa pokriće protiv nedostataka u materijalu ili izradi 3 godine od originalnog datuma kupnje toplica.

  • Jamstvo posebno pokriva kutove ormarića, vrata i bočne ploče te oblikovanu bazu toplica.
  • Dijelovi ormarića EternaWood (kutovi, vrata, bočne ploče) i EnduraBase™ imaju jamstvo protiv degradacije i pucanja pet godina od datuma kupnje. Defektivni predmeti bit će zamijenjeni pod uvjetima ovog jamstva.

JetPak terapijski sustav

  • Jamstvo posebno pokriva mlaznice, sva curenja iz JetPak mlaznih armatura i sve JetPak vodovode.
  • JetPak vodovodni sustav ima jamstvo pet godina od datuma kupnje.

Lighting System

Bullfrog warrants the Interior and Exterior Spa Lighting System against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date. Defective components that are easily removed from the spa, such as the exterior LED bulb (including sconce), which are deemed Easily Removed Components, will be repaired or replaced free of charge at your authorized Bullfrog Spa Dealer or by sending the defective component(s) to Bullfrog.

Audio System

Bullfrog warrants Audio Systems against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.

Ozone System

Bullfrog warrants the ozone system against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original spa purchase date.
