Dealer Standards & Minimum Requirements
We hold ourselves to high standards and expect much of the same from our dealer partners.
Minimum requirements include:
- Brick-and-mortar retail store in a desirable location(s) within your market. We currently do not offer dealerships to online retailers.
- Display showroom space from 1,200 sq ft to more than 10,000 sq ft depending on your market and competitive landscape.
- Access to investment capital in hot tub inventory, store merchandising, offsite sales event tools, stocking parts, aftermarket supplies, initial advertising, and delivery and service equipment. Depending on your market and competitive landscape, the minimum investment for success may range from $50,000 to more than $250,000.
- Commitment to attend sales, technical service, and retail management training opportunities.
- Ability and desire to participate in high-profile offsite event opportunities within your market.
