Return/Cancellation Policy
The Bullfrog Spas Return Policy allows the customer to return their Spa within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Bullfrog Spas will refund the customer’s money for the full amount less the return shipping cost. The return shipping cost range is typically from $250-$550. Bullfrog Spas will not be responsible for any additional costs related to removing the spa from the customer’s backyard including, but not limited to: modifying fencing, modifying decking, crane rental, contractor labor, etc. Return spas can be shipped common carrier to the following address and should be received in good condition:

Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipment. Payment in full is required prior to spa shipment. Included in the purchase price of your spa is the cost of shipping from Bullfrog Spas to the customer’s curb. Bullfrog Spas will ship common carrier on either a flat bed trailer or an enclosed shipping van with lift gate. Installation and electric connection not included. An additional fee will be charged to install the spa. This fee ranges, but is typically $200-$400.
Shipping is only included for delivery to lower 48 United States. For quotes on shipping to other areas not in the lower 48, please call 1-866-455-7727.
