Welcome to this month’s newsletter. It is an exciting time at Bullfrog with new hot tub models and initiatives. We hope everyone has been enjoying their hot tub this winter season. For those that winterized their spa, spring is the time to start enjoying your spa again! So get those spas full of water and start enjoying the relaxation you get from hot water therapy.
This issue we will highlight the Shiatsu JetPak as the JetPak of the month, introduce an exciting competition and go over some seasonal advice. Bullfrog Spas has also introduced two new spa models for 2008, Series 1 – 462 and Series II – 231. We will highlight the 462 with its different seat depths and angles. JetPak of the Month
 This month’s featured JetPak is the Shiatsu. The Shiatsu provides an invigorating massage with a pneumatic motor that stimulates a sensation of finger pressure. The Shiatsu jet loosens the tight muscles in the upper back area and includes an oversized jet that disburses a sweep of water to the lumbar region. It is a favorite among many owners because of the deep massaging that it provides.
Kyle, a bullfrog owner had this comment about his family’s favorite JetPak:
“My wife Cindy and I have had our bullfrog spa for 3 and a half years and love the versatility and comfort it provides. In addition it has been extremely economically and durable even outside through Michigan winters.
Our favorite Jetpak is definitely the Shiatsu, as a matter of fact it was the selling point for getting our Bullfrog. While water jets are available in any spa, the Shiatsu is the only Jetpak that actually gives you a physical massage. Using hydro-mechanics, this Jetpak rubs away stress and tension with the gentleness of a professional masseuse. I have owned a shiatsu recliner and portable shiatsu device and at times, both can feel a little rough. The Shiatsu Jetpak is a completely different story because the use of water and soft rubber nobs make for an extremely comfortable experience. Because of this, the Jetpak is able to go much deeper into muscles of which water alone can not.
Depending on seat position you can get this massage on your neck, back, and even feet if you turn and face it feet on. If this wasn't enough they threw in a large "Jumbo" size jet that takes care of the rest of your pack with a nice sweep motion. Letting this jet massage your feet is also quite an experience! In my opinion, this Jumbo jet is also another "first" compared to other manufacturers because of its unique style. In addition you can shut off the Jumbo jet separate from the Shiatsu, turn the shiatsu only off, or both together so about 33%-50% more power can go to the other seats in that row. As a hint, your collection should include at least one Jetpak that can be completely shut off so you can experience that unique power shift now and then.
Because of all these things mentioned, Shiatsu is clearly one of the most versatile ones you can own. We love our Bullfrog and especially the unique Shiatsu Jetpak.”

De-Winterization
Spring is now upon us, this mean that some of us that winterized our spas will be getting them up and going. If this is your plan, we recommend the following steps:
Step 1: Unsecure the cover to the spa; remove any material that was placed on top of the spa cover to assist in supporting the cover during non usage.
Step 2: Clean the entire spa.
Step 3: Tighten/replace drain plug from the pump(s), tighten all PVC pipe unions, and pump air-bleed valves in the equipment compartment.
Step 4: Clean off the filter cartridge(s) and reinstall them on the spa.
Step 5: Fill with water.
Step 6: Super sanitize your spa water.
New Product
 Bullfrog Model 462
The Bullfrog Model 462 is a mid-size non-lounger spa that maximizes seating capacity for six people. The spa is neither too big nor too small and comfortably seats a large number of people for its size. This attractive model offers multiple seat heights to accommodate every body type including shorter seats for children or just for cooling down. Relaxation is enhanced by wrist and hamstring jets. The contoured lines in the spa flow from seat to seat and the design avoids traditional symmetrical predictability.
A new feature is now available on the Bullfrog Spas website. This feature allows users to interact with the Bullfrog Spa as never before. The new feature is called “Interactive Spa” and will show the layers of a Bullfrog Spa including all of the quality features that are hidden behind the cabinet. This also allows for zooming and rotating of the spa to get more familiar with the spa in a virtual setting.
