Sherman
K. Margetts, Chairman of the Board Sherman K. Margetts is currently the
Chairman of the Board of directors for Bullfrog International,
LC, and is one of the original investors. Margetts is also
a shareholder in several private and public companies which
include eRoomSystem, Vortex Outdoors, FlyGear Express, Frontline
Phonics, and Utah Paper Box Company. Margetts has 25 years
of experience as an executive in the packaging industry and
currently serves as president of SSM Distributing, Inc. which
was established in 1993 and provides packaging fulfillment
and distribution.
Steven Breitling, Director Steven Breitling serves on the board
of directors for Bullfrog International, LC. Breitling's business
experience includes construction, real estate investment,
landscaping, property management and product manufacturing.
Brietling is a partner of Breitling Brothers Construction,
Inc. and All Star Construction Services. In 1989, Breitling,
along with his business partner, established Breigger Properties,
a real estate investment company.
David Harkness,
Director David Harkness serves on the board
of directors for Bullfrog International, LC. Previously, Harkness
served as CEO and Chairman of the Board for eRoomSystem, as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bookcraft,
as Vice President and Director of Marketing for Fonix Corporation
and Sales Manager, Product Manager and Product Marketing Director
for WordPerfect Corporation and Novell. Harkness received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and International
Finance from Brigham Young University.
James C. Savas, Director James C. Savas serves on the board
of directors for Bullfrog International, LC. Savas is also
a partner of Savas Greene & Company, an accounting and
business consulting firm. Previously, Savas was a tax accountant
for Price Waterhouse. Savas received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
