Salt Lake City – December 19, 2005 – Bullfrog International, LC, a Utah-based manufacturer of high-quality portable spas powered by JetPak™ technology, has announced that it will transfer its product safety recognition from U.S. and Canada recognized UL to internationally recognized TUV beginning January 1, 2006.

Specifically, Bullfrog will use the following labels for its products:

	cTUVus Mark (CU Certificate)-U.S., Canada This accredited test mark is proof of compliance with U.S. National and Canadian National standards in accordance with OSHA and SCC regulations. It demonstrates that Bullfrog spas have been successfully tested and certified by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (TUV), accredited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Standards Council of Canada. This safety mark gives the assurance that Bullfrog has met and/or exceeded all US, Canadian and international standards associated with its spas.
	Baurart Mark- component This is a "Type Approved" safety approval mark for components and subassemblies. The application of this mark demonstrates that all safety tests and standards have been met and that this component can be combined with a Bullfrog spa, either at the factory or as an after market installation.
	T-Mark- International This International mark demonstrates safety compliance with all of the applicable international testing LVD standards, EMC Standards and Directives for Whirlpool Baths and Electrical Appliances.
	CE Mark This mark is Bullfrog’s declaration showing compliance with all applicable international directives and regulations.
	CB Scheme The CB Scheme is based on the principle of mutual recognition by means of certification through the use of internationally accepted standards. The CB Test Report and Certificate that Bullfrog has acquired demonstrates that its products comply with the relevant international standards and national differences. This certificate facilitates acquiring safety approval marks from any qualified National Certification Body.

Bullfrog made the decision to switch from UL to TUV because of the company’s rapid expansion into international markets, particularly in Europe and Australia.

Earlier this year, Bullfrog announced a multi-year, private label agreement with Villeroy & Boch, a European manufacturer of fine commercial and residential lifestyle products. Villeroy & Boch will sell Bullfrog spas under the Villeroy & Boch brand label, which reaches markets in 125 countries. The agreement marked the largest deal of its kind in the North American portable spa industry.
