Premiere and Bullfrog, Great COMBO!

I have always dreamed of having a hot tub. I began researching the web and looked at many brands. I found Bullfrog. What a fantastic idea with interchangeable jet paks! And the construction is second to none. I went to Premiere and spent 4 hours talking with Bill and learning everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. Bill was polite, receptive, professional and not only knew his product, but he is upfront and honest about other brands. The best decision for me was Bullfrog. The delivery crew was ontime, polite, caring and took time to answer and demonstrate all my concerns. I am glad I was able to purchase a top line spa. If you are in the market, a trip to see Bill and his staff is a must.

Just a short note to let you know just how much my wife and I are enjoying our Bullfrog Spa. The enjoyment and relaxation we derive from its use is more than we could have ever hoped for! Being able to "test-drive" the unit before we purchased was a perfect way to decide which model and which packs would be best for us. No other spa offers that!

Also, I would be remise, indeed, if I did not tell you about the incredible customer service we received from Greg and Canda at your location in Orange, California. Both Monique and I are convinced that we perhaps would not have purchases a Bullfrog if it were not for Greg and Canda. Not only do I commend them on their customer service but I will purchase all future chemicals from them just so I can say "hello" from time to time.

Hello,

I just wanted to write and say Thank You for a Great Spa. I've had my Bullfrog for a month now and I'm still playing with all the JetPaks. I'm like a kid in a toy store, move one or more of the JetPaks and it's like having a new toy to play with all over again. It's been a pleasure from the start, Greg, Candi and Paige made me feel like one of the family from the time I walk though the door. Which is not easy because I'm a 6' 4" biker with anger management problems, I wish more place's had a spa to float in while they’re try to sell you something. They let me come down more then once to play with all the JetPaks and it was still hard to choose just five of them. In the end I pick out the five plus one extra. I'm trying to keep myself from going down there and buying more JetPaks, So I made a deal with myself that I'll wait for Christmas and my Birthday to get new one's. I have disk damage in my neck and back and using the Bullfrog daily has cut my pain med's in half. Greg also help out with the cover lift, spabrella, handrail and other goodies for the spa to make life easier and Candi help out with all the scents for the spa and keeping me informed on when everything will be delivered, they make a great team. I got my first electric bill and I have to say it not bad at all, a lot less then I thought it would be. The spa is very good at retaining heat even when the cover is. With the back troubles I have, I'm up all night a lot of the time and with Bullfrog Spa's being so quite I don't have to worry about keeping the family or neighbors up with me playing in it. I've recommended Bullfrog Spas to all, and will continue doing so. Your spas are the best, and I tried out every one of the competitors I could before buying the Bullfrog. Well this short “Thanks You note” turned in to a long one so you can see how happy I am with your product.

"Our Bullfrog Spa came to us in June of 2005. We purchased our hot tub for the therapy benefits. Jeffrey had back surgery that left him with chronic pain that made every day living a chore. Being a contractor, his back is always being challenged and pushed to the limits. He would come home from a days work hurting so badly, we tried everything to make him more comfortable. We used a vibrating massage pad, ice packs, heating pads and professional therapy, all just a temporary fix. Until our Bullfrog Spa came to our home, with the convenience of the spa in the backyard Jeffrey is able to go in anytime. He gets the warmth of the water to relax his muscles and the massage of the jets to loosen them. He can actually touch his toes with his fingertips, something he couldn’t do for over a year. The Bullfrog Spa was a lifesaver for him; his quality of life was restored.

The Bullfrog Spa comes with a JetPak design, which actually lets you set-up your own hot tub. This feature allows you to pick the type of massage best for your needs. When you need a change, you just pop the cover, unscrew the cylinder, remove and replace with another JetPak of your desire. This feature is great, because you can never get bored with your hot tub, you’re not stuck with the same built-in jets and the same massage, it’s that easy! Jeffrey and I can actually say this was one of our best investments yet!"

“We live in Garibaldi Highlands which overlooks the Squamish Valley. The area is halfway between Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia. We are surrounded by spectacular mountains where we can hike, bike, run, and of course, ski in the winter…and get sore muscles as a result!

My favorite JetPak is the Gyro’ssage…it massages in just the right spots.  My lower back gives me some grief so I really appreciate letting the gyro do its work to release the muscle tension and relieve the pain.

We've just had our hot tub (our first) since Christmas but we've enjoyed many lovely star filled evenings and watched owls and bats above us. One very cold morning last January, after our family's volunteer shift with our local Eagle Watch program, we warmed up in the hot tub. (We act as nature interpreters to tourists that travel here to view bald eagles.  Eagles return here in the winter, timed with the salmon run, to feast on the spawned out salmon of the Squamish River.) You can imagine our delight after being chilled to the bone that we could warm up and still see the eagles...There, spiraling not too far overhead were nine mature bald eagles as they flew on the thermals up from the valley floor. It was an unforgettable sight.
